Moving neighborhood that lives at night. Close to beach and restaurants. Meriem who received us, was a good welcome and responsive to our questions. As specified in the listing, in the evening there is atmosphere in the neighborhood and for those who want the greatest calm do not go there.

I had a great time at this apartment in Sousse. The apartment was spotless, very clean, well maintained and as described, and also of very good standing. It is conveniently located for enjoying the town. The residence is quiet and secure, with a parking space always available, which is a real plus. The host was particularly welcoming and attentive, and his father was also very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Thank you Walid.

I am attaching to the other comments to testify to our stay: We stayed for two weeks. The value is unbeatable. The building / garden / pool are new and well kept. The photos of the presentation of the rental perfectly match what you will see when you arrive on site. There is no bad surprise. The location is ideal between the beach 10 min. on foot and the main road at the end of the street gives direct access and easy travel between Sousse / Hergla. There is a good little cafe/restaurant as well as a small convenience store nearby if needed (10-15 min walk). For "big races" the car is preferred (Mall de Sousse). Naila and Fethi are very warm and welcoming hosts, full of small touches that for me make the difference compared to other offers of the same type. Always available, always with a smile, they will be happy to give you good tips to discover the region and advise you whatever the subject if you need it. As the human qualities are getting damaged in general these days, I really wanted to stress this point because we had a very nice meeting. They are really beautiful people. If you are searching for a quiet, clean place with privacy and caring, away from all-inclusive noisy hotels with an increased risk of disappointing you, in fact look no further. I would just like to say thank you very much to chockri and his wife nouha the villa was absolutely perfect for our family we had an amazing 2weeks stay, everything was provided with all equipment and exceptionally clean, we couldn't ask for anymore, we celebrated our wedding at the villa and everything was perfect, thank you so much 🫶

My husband and I immediately fell in love with the villa! The Host Aymen is very Welcoming & was helpful with directions. We had to check in to the maison in the evening & He met w/ us to hand us the keys, no issue, smiling & friendly. He answered any others questions we had. The home is beautifully decorated, along w/charming antique hardware & tilework. Historically built, so the home has many original features but w/ MODERN accommodations!!! The home is walkable to the beach & many restaurants are just a walk in the other direction. The home is immaculately clean. It's the perfect setting for families, friend groups, or married couples on honeymoon! The home sits on a very peaceful CLEAN & safe cobblestone street! It has all the architectural & decorative charm you could ask for of a Tunisian home; The jasmine flowers in the indoor patio make the entire home smell lovely. The garden is breathtaking & great space for outdoor entertaining! We'll be back!

This house is in a great location and full of homely comforts to make it a lovely stay. Seconds from the beach and a few minutes from the nearest shops/restaurants. Beautiful bedrooms, living area and kitchen with all the gadgets. Everything that is needed is on hand and communication with Mohamed was always quick ad efficient. A great house!

We had an exceptional family stay in Sousse at this beautiful villa! 🌴 The house is perfect for hosting a family: spacious, clean, well thought out, and the private pool made both young and old happy. Everyone was able to find their space, rest, have fun and fully enjoy the quiet and pleasant setting. A huge thank you to Hamdouch, our host, for his availability, kindness and hospitality. He was present without being intrusive, always ready to answer our questions or advise us on the region. A real plus that made our stay even more serene and enjoyable. It's rare to feel so welcome. first of all, the location was great, very close to the city center, the house is so beautiful and I can't say authentic. I wanted to stay in these houses and I found this place. the host is very kind , polite , helpful . If there is anything missing, he brings it right away. I honestly didn't see such a host. gave me a lot of advice, about places to visit, restaurants, etc. The room is very good , clean ,spacious and very safe . I will definitely stay here without hesitation every time I come. i would recommend it very much. thank you for everything

Enjoyed my stay and would definitely comeback, Residence is peaceful and family friendly, the only negative aspect is something out of there hands regarding mandatory water cuts by local authorities which caused a bit of inconvenience to a family with kids.

Majdi’s places was wonderful. It was exactly as described, peaceful and beautiful decorated. He was a terrific host and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. 10/10!

Apartment was as described, the only drawback was, but the wifi was indicated in the listing, but there was none. Allegedly an Airbnb error. There were plenty of cooking utensils. Apartment itself was clean, however, the toilet was a bit uncomfortable and had to be cleaned upon arrival. The washing machine showed error in some programs so that you could only wash the clothes in a rapid program for 14 minutes. We were still very satisfied all in all. Outside the tourist corner and yet everything quickly accessible by car. 3 minutes walk to the stand. The sea could also be seen from the balcony.

Very nice apartment located in the heart of Yasmine Hammamet. Everything is as described Apart from the A/C which does not blow strong (slightly high temperature) everything is perfect. I recommend it!
