Vacation rentals with beach access in Sousse Governorate

Mondher's home is beautiful, large, clean and in the perfect location! Mondher and Mouna were wonderful. Very kind people, as is their entire family. Very helpful, thoughtful and generous. Thanks so much for the water, the fruit, all the food, and for such amazing service. It's a huge apartment with a comfortable bed, lots of light, a nice breeze every day, wonderful balcony off of the large kitchen. Just perfect! I highly recommend this wonderful home. You can walk to everywhere you would want to go. Really a great comfortable stay. Thanks so much!

We had a great stay at Youssef's place. He was a super helpful and friendly host, including helping us out by finding some tools we needed, and giving recommendations in the local area - thank you! The apartment is clean and bright and nice. The kitchen has a fridge, electric hot plates and a microwave. It was nice to be able to take a bath! The beds are comfortable and great to have AC and fans available. The terrace is lovely - on the top floor with a small view of the sea, and we enjoyed looking at the moon and stars before bed. Youssef served us a nice continental breakfast up there in the morning. The apartment is a quick walk across the main road to a beautiful swimming beach. Thank you, Youssef!

This is a lovely apartment, clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. It is a 20 minute walk into the medina, and there are restaurants and shops nearby. Happy to recommend.

The accommodation was great, the host Nadia was very friendly and welcoming. There are two things I experienced that were less good, the accommodation is a little far from everything if you don't have a car, and the other was bad hot water, Nadia called the plumber but the problem persisted.

Exceptional stay at Hammdouche's! The welcome was warm and attentive as soon as we arrived. The host was very available, responding quickly to any questions we had and making sure everything was perfect during our stay. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and as described. We have just come back from staying ten days at this lovely villa by the sea. The location is perfect.. open the patio doors and you are right on the beach . We arrived quite late at night. Latifa the maid was waiting for us with the keys and check in was very smooth. First impressions the next morning were a bit disappointing. The kitchen was not very clean and we saw that some of the fixtures and fittings were rusty and corroded. We gave it a good clean and set about to enjoy our holiday. Majid was excellent . We mentioned to him that the cleaning could have been better and he was very apologetic and said he would have a word with Latifa . We asked for Beach towels and he had very kindly left some for us. We also asked for a dish to use in the oven and one arrived the next day . He could not have been more helpful. The villa is very spacious. Comfortable beds, lashings of hot water and brilliant showers in all 3 bathrooms .Kitchen was well equipped.

Very easy going bloke and the apartment was great

It was as described and the location was quiet. Nice people and a kiosk within walking distance. Mohamed is very nice and immediately helped when we had questions. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Great stay! The location is perfect, in the heart of the port, which makes getting around very easy. Imane is extremely responsive and flexible. We arrived late, but she waited for us with a smile. I highly recommend this listing for a carefree stay.

Great apartment and good communication

My friends and I had a lovely stay! Really nice location within walking distance to a quiet beach. The apartment was clean and had all the basics. Bassem was very helpful and arranged a ride for us from Tunis to Sousse which was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this apartment!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

This was a great place to stay, far enough from the overly touristy places to get a proper experience of Tunisia, and close enough for a comfortable stay. The beach is right there.
