we had a lovely stay at the Moulin aux Ans, the accommodation is very cute, overlooking the waterway, the environment is quiet and very pretty. the pool available is great (to share with the other cottages). small outdoor terrace very nice and several garden lounges available on the site. Valerie gave us some great tips on the surroundings and told us about some good restaurants.

Our holiday at Morganes House was SO perfekt. I lost my husband four months ago and I needed the peace together with my children and this house was more than perfect for this - so thank you.

Beautiful and spacious home in quiet village. Le Centenaire restaurant was walkable and provided good food and drink. Loved the farmhouse table in the kitchen and we spent many meals there or on the deck table. Many hot air balloons over the deck in the evenings. Kitchen was very well stocked for in home food preparation. Beds very comfortable. Very clean and well appointed.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

An idyllic stay by the Lot We had an absolutely enchanting stay at this beautiful little cottage. The calm and serenity of the place make it a true haven of peace. Ideal for families with children, the cottage is comfortable and private access to the Lot river is a major asset. It's perfect for swimming or just enjoying nature. Whether for a family weekend or a romantic getaway, this place is a gem. We highly recommend it and hope to come back!

Le Gîte Le Cantou, hosted by Patricia and Didier, is a delightful find that made our stay truly special. Their hospitality is spot-on—discreet yet always there when you need them, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The gîte is impeccably clean, which immediately put us at ease. While the kitchen is quite small, the cookware is a standout, with high-quality pots, pans, and utensils that make cooking a pleasure despite the compact space. The location is a real highlight. Nestled in a quiet private garden, the gîte feels like a peaceful retreat, yet it’s just a short walk to nearby shops. The balance of seclusion and convenience is perfect. The walking trails right from the doorstep are stunning, winding through lush green countryside that feels refreshing and serene. The local farmers’ markets are a treat, packed with fresh produce and delicious regional specialties that inspired our meals. Patricia and Didier have created a lovely, comfortable escape, and we’d happily return.

What a wonderful stay we had in Montvalent! The cottage is incredible, new, modern and with all the equipment needed for a successful and comfortable stay. It is located close to all the sights of the region making it easy to get around. Sunsets with the only sound being birdsong are unforgettable. It felt like a home away from home. Quentin is a responsive, available, smiling and concerned host that we are well and that the cottage meets our needs. We enjoyed the beautiful private pool whenever the weather allowed, a real plus to end a hot day of sightseeing. Without a doubt, we highly recommend and look forward to the opportunity to return.

We had a great time at Adrien and Cédric's. The accommodation is in a great location: close to a beautiful river, close to Sarlat and many of the area's must-see tourist sites. The place is extremely quiet, perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything is designed to make you feel at home. Nothing is missing, whether for cooking, relaxing or enjoying the outdoors. A big thank you to Adrien and Cédric for their warm welcome and availability. An amazing stay! We loved the area, the cottage, and the hosts.

Beautiful little terrace house in Belves within walking distance of the centre of the village. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants within. Five minute walk. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The steps to the outside terrace are very steep and could be slippery if damp but the area is lovely to relax in. Lots to see and places to visit in this beautiful part of France.

We had the most wonderful holiday at Stephane and Bob's beautiful gite. They are very friendly and thoughtful hosts who have a fabulous home and garden. Our daughter loved the pool and felt very at home (as did we). The perfect place to relax but also very close to lots of places to visit. We hope to return! Many thanks 🙏

The best lodging we've had on this month long trip to France. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, private but close to all the things, the best sleep I've had in years, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Heads up that there is a washer but no dryer, but we managed fine with the very large drying rack provided. Would not hesitate to recommend, I wish I had spent more of my time here.

We loved the beautifully renovated old little house with these 2 terraces. Breakfasts outside with a view and calm were appreciable. Jeremy made us taste his great ginger drink, a treat. Jeremy and Laurie thought of all our comforts. It's rare to be as comfortable as at home. Thank you and congratulations to you.

It is a great and homely furnished home. Lots of privacy, and beautiful views from really any space! We immediately felt at home. At the beginning we had a request to Nathalie, which was immediately arranged for us, really great. In short: highly recommended, also because it is a perfect base for the area between the rivers Dordogne and the Vésère, near the beautiful town of Sarlat.

This Airbnb is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The cottage is beautifully decorated , very romantic, with everything you could possibly want. The garden is also very pretty. Although it's only a 2 minute walk to a bakery, small supermarket and quite a few restaurants, it is in a quiet location. There is also a farmer's market on Monday mornings. We just loved everything. Chantal was extremely helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Chantal for sharing your gorgeous cottage.
