Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

Take the morning swim, follow the sunset from the rocks or in the swimming bay. Buy fresh seafood or why not fish your own dinner! The sea provides dramatic views in any weather, all year round! Amazing viewpoints of the ocean from the mountains. Proximity to many points of interest along the bohus coast. The location couldn't be more amazing! Don't forget the fishing rod!

Newly built guesthouse that was completed in 2021! Here you live with 2.8 km to the coastal gem of Hunnebostrand & its cozy community with its shops, harbors & lovely swimming areas. The residence is located between two stables on calm street with little traffic. Rural location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and to Ramsvikslandens nature reserve it is 9.2 km. To Nordens Ark it is 15 min with a car, as well as Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. Nearby is also to Fjällbacka.

Enjoy the charm of a newly built cabin in three floors. At the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy the breakfast tomorrow sun. In the cottage there is a fully putty kitchen with a nice window at the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the opportunity to watch TV and make the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and swimming on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you head down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with 160 bed.

Stylish accommodation with a beautiful view & very comfortable beds and bathing by the rocks next door. Close distance to the central parts of Smögen and Kungshamn. Bikes to borrow for free. A few hundred meters away is a pizzeria, bathhouse with cafe, gym and sauna, as well as an outdoor swimming area and exercise track. Rental of kayaks & small boats for day trips in season. Newly built tiny house - perfect accommodation for those who want to access a home out of the ordinary! The house offers a spectacular view with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Despite its few square meters, there is a simple kitchen, dining area, toilet and a comfortable and secluded sleeping area with a bed of 140 cm. Outside, there is also a separate balcony, private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravelled patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

The cottage has a room with kitchenette, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee maker. The cottage has underfloor heating. Bathroom with shower and WC. Hall with closet. Patio in front of the cabin. About 100 meters to the sea. Close to swimming, Wonderful sea view from the rocks just outside the cabin (see picture). Internet is available.

Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed.
