Apartment with sea view, balcony & 75 meters to the swimming area

Newly renovated apartment on the second floor with sea view from all rooms. Large balcony with sofa and dining area with a sea view. Only about 75 m from the ocean and the fishing entrance's popular swimming area. Our house is located in a quiet street and it is only 1,5 km down to the center of Kungshamn where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance, described in the guidebook. Ps…final cleaning is not included and parking is about 100m from the property. Bed sheets and towels and towels are included.

Lovely three room apartment with appealing floor plan and sunny patio. The apartment was ready in 2018 and is very well maintained. Your own parking spot can be found in the house's own garage. With access to electricity charger. You are offered here a very comfortable accommodation with an incredibly beautiful environment in the immediate area where you have the proximity to salty cliff baths, sandy beach and beautiful walking paths. Golf and padelhall is also at authorized car distance. Cleaning before you leave. You have your own towels and bed linen.

Apartment close to the sea & swimming on Fisketangen at Smögen

Enjoy the whole year in a unique picturesque setting. Quiet, walkable area with accommodation close to the sea about 100 meters to the beach. Downtown with shops, restaurants, pubs, shops, health centre, bus stop takes about 15 minutes to walk to or take Pick-nick at Klåvholmen, 5 minutes via Pontonbro. Enjoy from a distance the boats that pass by the Sea E6. The stillness prevails in the evening, but if nightlife is desired take a taxi boat from the center right up on Smögenbryggan with vibrant folklore in summer and stillness in winter.

100 meter till hav och bad i lilla fiskeläget Väjern. Havsutsikt från balkongen med fantastisk utsikt. 2-3 km promenad till Kungshamn och Smögen via fina motionsspår eller längs kustvägen. Busshållplats utanför dörren men också gång- och cykelbana. Badhus med gym om vädret är lite sämre tvärs över gatan. Båt- och kajakuthyrning också det tvärs över gatan.
