The house is 20m2 downstairs and 20m2 upstairs. Downstairs there’s a living room, a kitchen, a toilet and a shower. On the second floor we have a bedroom and a tiny balcony of 3m2. The house has an air conditioning system and an automatic ventilation system with fresh air valves. - In the bedroom there’s a king size bed with all the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. - The living room has a 43 inch android/ smart tv, a dining table, a coffee table, very cozy lights and a bio fireplace. WI-FI is also included. - The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, 2- hole induction hob, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, pots and pans and accessories with tableware for 2 people. - On the 25m2 terrace there is a coffee table, two chairs and a new ceramic grill “Small Black Egg”.

The guest apartment is located on the 2nd floor above the Kassari shop and all rooms have two separate beds. One extra bed for a child can be placed in the two larger rooms. Our cozy sauna house is located south of Hiiumaa, in Emmaste. Location is very close to the center of the village, but still private. A grocery store, diner, bus stop, church, library - all remains more or less the radius of 500 m. A beautiful sandy beach is only 7,5 km away. Place is good for families, solo adventurers, couples or small group of friends.

Saunamaja

Saunahouse is located in beautiful place in west coast of Hiiumaa, 250m far from sandy beach. There is sauna, kitchenette, barbeque accessories , fireplace in the garden, firewood. There are two single beds, bed linen and towels. Place can be used all year round. Nearest store is around 1,2 km far from our cottage.
