Här finns en äldre stuga med mycket charm att vila upp sig i. Frukost ingår! Köket i stugan är enkelt med vedspis, elektrisk miniugn samt micro. Möjlighet att använda fullt utrustat kök i boningshuset där även toalett, dusch och tvättmaskin finns tillgängligt. Den vedeldade bastun värmer gott och där finns även ett sittbadkar och batteridriven dusch. På verandan hörs vattnet från bäcken och en stentrappa leder dig ned till en ljuvlig plats för kaffepaus. Låna kajaken och paddla upp från dammen.

As others have commented the view is great, and what’s more the kitchen / living area is wonderfully bright making it a lovely place to spend time in. Du bor alldeles bredvid Bergsåkers travbana. Det finns busshållsplats ca 100m från boendet. Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Städning, sängkläder och handduk ingår i hyran.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Som ligger nära naturen men även centralt i Söråker. Det är en helt nybyggd stuga med hög standard. Ett sovrum med 180cm skön dubbelsäng och ett rum med en 120cm skön enkelsäng. Vi har en fin bäddsoffa som blir 140cm bred där man kan sova två också. Wifi finns och ett fint badrum med dusch och både tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

We found Maria and Kent absolutely the best hosts, treated us more like long lost friends. We hope they come to visit us in Australia soon You really need your own transport to get there, we came by train but Kent offered to pick us up from the train station. Next day he took us down to the COOP shop for groceries but it didn't end there he also took us on a tour of the surrounds he is genuinely so proud of the piece of paradise where he lives. On our last day Maria took time off work to drive us back to the railway station. The location is stunning right next to Gissjo, the lake, lovely birch and fir trees all around. All around the lake you see the lovely Swedish farm building and dazzling green fields. Fransta, the township/village looks over Ljungan, a great waterway parts lake parts river. I would rate this place as a must see for any nature lover.

Es war genau das was wir uns erwartet hatten. Idyllisches, schwedisches Sommerhaus. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Sehr viel wunderschöne Natur. Ein riesengroßer Küchentisch um selbst die größten Gesellschaftsspiele zu spielen. Ideal für Naturbegeisterte, zum Angeln, wandern, Kanu fahren. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca 14 km entfernt. Dort gibt es auch eine kleine Pizzeria mit einem deutsch sprechenden Eigentümer. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Zu erwähnen ist die ausgesprochene Ruhe.

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, die Panoramasicht aus Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer auch bei kühlem Wetter wunderschön. Beide Terrassen und der Steg bieten tolle Aussicht auf den See. Benutzung SUP war super. Die Zufahrt zum Haus allerdings, wie von Mikael angegeben, nicht für etwas tiefer gelegte Fahrzeuge geeignet, mit unserem VW Bus kein Problem. Wir kommen gern wieder:-)

Anita and Anders are the most wonderful hosts you could wish for - Even staying for just two nights, it felt like coming home to family! Both of them are beyond welcoming, very attentive and always responsive and helpful when we had questions. The cabin is wonderful (as is the whole site!), with direct access to the lake, we had a swim together and relaxed in the private sauna with an amanzing view of the sunset. The ammenities including the boat and kayak are great! We took a kayak trip to the island in the lake, where you can BBQ in a quiet, private spot. All that with our dog, who was welcomed with the same friendliness and openness as we were. This was hands down our best AirBnb experience ever and I can't recommend Anita, Anders and their beautiful place enough - One might even visit sweden just to go here, you won't be disappointed. We certainly will be back!

Lotta’s place is a true gem. Paradise by the sea. The beach house probably has one of the best equipped kitchens I have seen on AirBnB. Nicklas is super friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations up his sleeve. We would definitely come back.

The house is stunning and exactly as described on the pictures. There is plenty to do for nature lovers and people wanting to get away from the cities. Most importantly however, Rasmus was an amazing host- proactive, clear, beyond helpful, and just straight up cool. 100% recommend and hope to be back in summer! Thanks again!
