Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. Skipperhuset was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, among other things by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is wall to wall with the brewery that has a renovated oven.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a toll booth at both ends. 100 m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. You don't need a fishing license.

Idyllic spot on inland water

Developed/renovated cottage in a lovely spot in the south of Norway. Must row over a small water to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish trout in the water or be lucky to see the osprey soaring over the water. Are eagle's nest in the area. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping areas have windows so you can see out in nature when you are in bed. Warranty for relaxation! We are thinking about renting to housekeepers a few weekends a year and a few weeks in the summer.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Stor tretopp-hytte med plass til 10 gjester. Hytta ruver fra 4 til 12meter over bakken iom at den står ved et lite stup. Nydelige naturomgivelser med kort gå avstand til innsjø hvor en kan låne kanoer,bade eller grille i gapahuken. Hytta er plassert på kanten av et lite stup,så her får du en god høydefølelse. Hytta er godt isolert,utstyrt med en vedovn,lite kjøkken med alt en trenger,innendørs toalett og hele 3 soverom samt en hems med plass til 3 personer. 60m unna står Harkmarks utsiktstårn

Cliff Cabin - TreeTop Fiddan

Authentic log cabin on the edge of a steep slope, surrounded by old pine forest near an organic farm. Enjoy panoramic views of treetops and the valley from a wood-fired hot tub or the fireplace in the living room while the kids play in a separate treehouse. The outdoor-toilet provides a 7-meter free-fall experience, and a cable car transports firewood up to the cabin. Chicken house Lower Snartemo gard

You will stay in the immediate vicinity of Snartemobekken which is a side stream of the river Lygna where the salmon plays. Lower Snartemo is a old yard with a barn that is under restoration. On the farm there are traces of settlement from the pre-Roman Iron Age until our time. The famous Snartemo Sword is found only 200 meters away - in other words you live in the middle of history. Relax with the whole family in this beautiful place. Lovely barn with a bed for 6 people. The cabin has all the amenities. Here there are opportunities to swim, row or paddle and to walk. Fishing of trout in Myglevannet is free when you stay at this cottage. 60 minutes to Kristiansand. About 35 minutes to Evje, Mineralparken, climbing park, go-karting. 10 minutes to Bjelland center, Joker groceries, Bjelland gasoline, Adventure Norway, rafting+++

A pearl by the sea!

Welcome to us! New funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and beautiful views of the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels (1 big+1 small) and bedsheets are included in the price, and beds are made on arrival. 2 parking space. There is a large terrace facing west, otherwise some of the outdoor area is still under construction.
