Monthly Rentals in Soquel

Exactly what I needed for my long weekend in Santa Cruz. Soquel is super quiet and it’s minutes from Capitola Beach. Great option for me as a solo traveler on a budget.

Sallie is a great host. She gave very clear instructions and was very accommodating and flexible. Her studio is in a quiet, charming and safe neighborhood. It's a very nice little place, pretty simple but with everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a small garden and courtyard where you can have coffee in the morning. The wifi was good and reliable. Sallie has a dog and a cat, none of which were a bother. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay for a week of overnight work. The hosts were so nice! Gave me tips on places to go and even put an extra black out sheet on the door to accommodate my sleeping during the day. Had everything you need! Cute decorations. Comfy bed. I would stay here again absolutely

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was responsive, answering all of my questions and even accommodating a late check-out. The home is stunning—spacious, clean, and well maintained. The views are spectacular, making it feel like a true vacation destination even before stepping outside. The amenities are top-notch: an infinity pool-straight out of a luxury hotel, a hot tub, a cozy movie theater, and a game room. It’s easy to spend your entire stay enjoying the house without needing to leave, but the location is also fantastic— 7 miles from downtown Santa Cruz. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything you need, and each bedroom has its own bathroom, making it ideal for groups. The house is well-stocked and laid out intuitively. The host was welcoming and helpful, making sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Loved our experience and are planning to return. Best Airbnb I’ve stayed in.
