Excellent facilities, it feels like home and everything was impeccable. Pablo's kindness is excellent and his responses are quick when you have a concern.

The apartment is just like the photos, nice, spacious, clean and with a nice view. The rooms are comfortable and have AC that works properly. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to make basic preparations. It has three full bathrooms. The pool and slide are very nice, and it also has a court and playground. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, allowing you to enjoy the complex's facilities for longer. Good communication with the host and a very easy check-in and check-out process. We hope to return.

It's easy to get there and there's great communication and cleanliness. I had seen some opinions about the bathroom door, but I really think it's just an ineffective design to access, but it doesn't affect anything at all beyond entering sideways and that's it. The kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the place is very nice. If I had to improve something as much as possible, it would be the WiFi. The TV sometimes doesn't connect well to the network and if we want to watch Netflix or something similar, it's a bit tedious. Keep in mind that the place is a bit far from the park but you can walk without problem if you like to walk, although if you have transportation, much better. Nearby there is a D1, shops and street food stalls which is very positive. I didn't hear any annoying noises during my stay and I was able to rest very well. Also, keep in mind that only 1 room has air conditioning!

We stayed in the apartment with my husband and it was an excellent experience. Everything was clean, tidy and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is very good and the host was very helpful and kind at all times. 100% recommended.

At the property we were accompanied by Darío and Delia, very friendly and attentive to everything we needed, Delia cooks delicious food, she had the house beautiful all day. We spent a few incredible days with the family. The property is beautiful, the beds are delightful, all the amenities are very good in general. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Very nice Finca with great service and communication. Any issues we had were resolved as fast as possible and the pictures reperesent the Finca or in real life the Finca even looks better and got some updates. I'd definitely book again and can recommend the Finca!

A beautiful place! The unpaved road becomes a little long due to the road conditions. But it's worth it with the area's tranquility. And Don Omar the butler was very attentive!

Esteban's house is spacious, cômoda, clean, the pool in the middle of the property is spectacular, the rooms with spacious, clean and tidy, with everything you need for a spectacular stay. Definitely an excellent experience.

This place was fine for me and my.friends to stay for our trip. They were redoing the sidewalk so I am sure that will be a plus when finished. If you do not mind using stairs, than it is fine.

The apartment is well located to many activities and restaurants. Right across the street is a 24 hour restaurant. The apartment is well maintained the security is great and the host is quick to respond and very attentive. the only downside is construction outside the balcony. this, of course, is out of the hosts control. While it did not bother me because I was awake early -and-doing things, if you want to sleep late the noise may be inconvenient to you. I would stay here again.

The whole stay was great, Diana was always present, for all our questions and help, very clean and tidy apartment, on foot you can reach supermarkets, bars and restaurants, strategic point for every direction. We'll be back!!!

The apartment was very clean, the neighbors are nice and quiet, the neighborhood is very safe and friendly with extra protection from local police always around area. Everything is walking distance a lot to do in the area.

Excellent place at an excellent price!! The apartment is super complete, in very good condition, very clean, quiet, well equipped. Everything 20/10. Most apartments don't have a washing machine, but this one does and that's a huge plus at the rental price. The only thing missing to be a 200/10 is air conditioning, it is too hot in Santa Fe de Antioquia and although the apartment has 3 fans that work super well there are days when the heat is too strong
