Great place! The location doesn’t have parking slot but the apartment itself is amazing!

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Had a great stay overall! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The host was responsive and check-in was super easy. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet at night. One small note: the unit wasn’t as high up as I expected based on the photos, and it wasn’t mentioned in the listing. That said, it didn’t take away from the experience. Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is amazing , it was big enough for me and my family , quiet and peaceful , pool was great, insight parking was algo great , easy to get around. Would stay here again when visiting Medellin.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean, safe, and had the things I needed. The water pressure and temperature in the shower could use some work, but besides that everything was great!

Great apartment to stay in. Check in was very easy and quick. The apartment was absolutely beautiful with spectacular views. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Medellin but wanting more of a local vibe rather than the party scene in Poblado. 10/10

My second time staying at Maria's house was just as great as the first. The house is perfect with everything you need in a wonderfully relaxing area near alto las palmas, not too far from Medellín if you need the city but also close to my favorite areas in all of Colombia, el retiro, la ceja, etc. Thank you to Maria and Juan for being flexible with my always changing dates. Hope to be back soon.

Beautiful house with stunning views perfect for a family getaway. Only downside is the security cameras around the place making you feel watched while you’re there, but other than that everything was just as described by Orlando: well equipped kitchen, sauna, pool, jacuzzi and spacious house ready to accommodate a big crowd.

The place was very nice, nice view, spacious house, we really liked that the kitchen is very well equipped with different utensils that made everything easier, a place to disconnect.

It's an amazing place, we've enjoyed every corner of the property. The facilities exceed expectations; the house and common areas are in very good condition, everything is very tidy and impeccable. It has more than you need and, in addition, it is pet friendly🐶. Gustavo and his wife, the managers, are the most friendly and attentive people. I would definitely come back. PS: A good place to disconnect and breathe clean air.

The pool is beautiful and we loved the hot tub and steam room! Very quiet, pretty, peaceful place and you can hear the stream at the edge of the property.

Juan's place is in the middle of the action and close to everything you need with a great view from the balcony! Friendly staff and a nice restaurant downstairs!

Perfect spot! Cozy apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to Provenza and other places, restaurants and rooftops. Second time in Medellin and I can say it was better than the first time. The apartment complex has a cafe in the lobby that offers breakfast buffet everyday for a really good price. Very convenient!!

Well-located apartment, 2 blocks from 70 Diana is always responsive and friendly Hot water, kitchen with everything you need, cleaning service. I recommend it !

Very good stay, super quiet place, coffee shops and restaurants nearby

The location of this unit cannot be beat, and the terrace is delightful. A caution to anyone 6'3" or taller that the bed is a bit small for someone who is really tall.

If I could leave a 6 star rating I would!!! Great location! Metro Rail around the corner. Lots of shopping and restaurants within 2 km. The loft was awesome, it felt like my own place. Very well equipped!
