Beachfront vacation rentals in Sooke

I stayed here with my Mom and two sisters- it was perfect! The hot tub overlooks the beach and is under a gorgeous canopy of trees that kept us dry from the rain. We had hummingbirds and quails visit us while we ate breakfast on the patio under a wisteria tree. The house is very cozy with everything you need and so many interesting things to look at. We went to Duncan and spent the day at the Farmer's Market, then had dinner just down the street, overlooking the water, while watching seals and birds fish. We are already discussing making the trip an annual event and plan to go again next year!

This was our home base for the HOH rainforest. The forest was about 2 hrs away. The place is gorgeous, we didn't want to leave. We could have stayed all week and found so many things to do locally. The windows were large and we were right on the ocean. The dishes were cute, there was a wine opener (which was key). It was quiet safe, the waves were so loud (very cool), our patio was cute. There was electricity! Just a few lights and outlets to still have a glamping feel without being on the screen all day. The bed and sheets were so comfortable. Some mistakes I made. 1. Get groceries in Sequim or Port Angeles. We stopped at a tiny market and were very limited then saw a whole store! 2. A lot of places weren't open after 8, so plan for dinner ahead. 3. We thought we had to get there because it would be so dark, but in the summer we should have not hurried, there was plenty of light even when the sun was gone.

We had a great stay. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, with great views. The bed was super comfortable and the place was equipped with everything we needed. Jacquie's a great host, very friendly and kind, and had great suggestions for what to do on the island. Would definitely go again.

Not only is this home luxurious and immaculate, it is a nourishing step back in time where everything is hand-made, lovingly curated, and generously shared. I can’t recommend this little cottage enough. And if you’re blessed enough to walk the gardens, well…delightful doesn’t even come close. I really recommend this stay for a family or anyone looking to slow down and savour a beautiful time.

5 stars from me all around! It was an overall relaxing vacation for us. The view is the first thing noticeably unique about this airbnb. Absolutely breathtaking!!! Its even beautiful from inside the room. We enjoyed the massage chair, comfortable bed, tv, portable speaker, and the hot tub. I would recommend this airbnb and would love to visit again!

Stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed our time. The instructions to find the place were extremely detailed and easy to follow, and the site itself was nice and private with beautiful views. The RV itself was excellent, cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Our cabin stay was amazing! We loved waking up to beach sunrises and walking along the sand-all right outside our cabin! This home was extremely clean and was fully stocked for all of our needs. Also an amazing location if you are looking for an Olympic Nat. Park base! About 1 hour away from all of the amazing hikes and viewpoints. Harrison was kind and also left us fresh eggs from his chicken coop. Overall, our stay was amazing! Would love to come back again :).

we had a wonderful time staying at dauphins house, beautiful surroundings, every morning we see deers, has a nice private dock to take a dip in and private small beach, its absolutely peaceful, would highly recommend this place and amazing parking fit all my 4 trucks.

The place was beautiful and clean. Amazing views of the bay. The room was well fed out and had all necessary needs and extras. The snacks and candy were a great perk with a well organized pamphlet book with local information. I have nothing to complain about, but the only thing that could’ve made it better not being able to hear other people in the mornings. Earplugs were also supplied which I utilized. We absolutely loved Sequim and I’ve encouraged my friends to come back here for a girls trip!

Sweet spot for a getaway, loved having the ocean within walking distance and all the amenities were a plus. Had a really easy and relaxing trip - would recommend, and will definitely return.

This was a great location to access the ferry. Beautiful sunsets and the occasional seal sighting were experienced from the spacious deck. Pender has lots to see and do.

We loved staying at Deanna’s. The resort was excellent and the kids had a blast. Lots of games in the unit, kitchen was well equipped for 2 adults and 3 kids under 12. Beach was great and when it rained, the heated indoor pool and games room was amazing!

The condo was comfy, clean, well laid out and everything was easily accessible. The location was great - private and peaceful with great restaurants all around. Walking distance to downtown Victoria and Fishermen’s wharf. The pool was a bonus especially on a hot sunny day. Super friendly people and staff.

Sue’s place is absolutely beautiful with water views wherever you look! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation ☺️

Nice little suite. Close location to the ferry and grocery store. Clean and easy entry.

Deanna was a great host. She was friendly and responsive. The property was well kept and clean and it was nice and quiet during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware and utensils. Unfortunately, we didn’t get much of a chance to enjoy the facilities on site but my kiddo had fun playing basketball. Deanna provided a wagon full of toys/sports equipment for guests who wish to use them. The location was easy to find and has beautiful surroundings. There is also a nice private yard right outside the unit’s front door.

Lori and Dave went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The apartment is pristine, has lots of amenities, and in a beautiful , quiet and peaceful location. Arrived to find flowers and homemade bread with butter and jam in the kitchen and chocolates on our pillows. I made a mistake with the door code and they responded within minutes. While we waited we sat on the apartment's lovely deck overlooking the bay, a place we enjoyed throughout our stay.. They made sure we had all we needed, instructions were written and clear, and communication was wonderful. We were visiting as part of small trips we are doing for our anniversary and knowing that they went out of their way to help us celebrate. Lori and Dave are very warm, friendly, and helpful and not intrusive. We felt very pampered. We highly recommend this lovely apartment and hope to visit again soon.

Absolute bliss, quaint, equal parts interior living and comforts to equal parts patio deck space. Plenty of windows for views and light to be let in for natural relaxing. Hot tub and the view from there is tremendous and well placed. The beach access and little natural rock cove of the property is dreamy and a great place to dip your toes in or go for a splash. Will make another reservation in the future!

Jayne's place is just as described - clean, well stocked and homey. Clear instructions made finding the place and getting in a breeze. The space is quite large and comfortable for two people. Jayne was quick and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend for a great location in Cowichan Bay!

Wow! Wow! Wow! So cozy! It had one of the best view from an Airbnb I've ever seen! We had fresh eggs and it was delicious! Diane was very kind! Having a fire with the view of the ocean was the cherry on top!

We had a wonderful stay at Donovan's cabin. It was perfect for our family get-together (8 adults and 2 small children). The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, we loved the close proximity to hiking and other nature nearby (ie. East Sooke Regional Park). Donovan was super communicative and responsive to any questions. Thank you!
