Halmstad's smallest little cottage, 150m from the Sea!

The cottage is 12.5 m2 x 2 containing a kitchenette and living room as well as small WC with shower (1.1x1.3 m) on the ground floor. In the kitchen area there is a sink, a fridge, a hob, a coffee maker and a water boiler. In the sleeping loft, which you can reach via a narrow spiral staircase, there is a double bed. Note: low ceiling height, to nock approx. 1.60 cm. There is access to private patio with grills ( incl. charcoal) two "brasse chairs" , parking for car or bike. Two bikes are also available at no extra charge.

With crawling distance to Ringenäs Golf Club, the cottage is ideal for golfers but even if you want to get away to a quiet oasis, the cottage is perfect. We also offer a cot with accessories if you are traveling with small children. Nearby are beaches, restaurants and well-stocked shops. Only 400m away is Ringenäs beach which offers lovely, salty swimming. Bicycles with bike high chair are available to borrow. Welcome!

Charming flat close to beaches & town

My place is close to family friendly activities such as Äventyrslandet (amusement park) and Brottet (free open-air public swimmingpool) . It is also very close to public transport, the airport, the town centre and beaches. You will love my place because it is very cosy and you have a view of my wonderful garden. It suits everybody, single persons, couples, families with 1-2 kids. Long term lease is only available for adults. Smoking is not allowed anywhere, inside or out.

A lovely apartment with two double bedrooms, luxurious big bathroom and a small kitchen with acess to a beautiful garden right outside your doorstep. It is only a short walk from the main train and busstation in Halmstad with easy access to both the beach and the city centre. The tranquility of the lakes in the forests of Vittsjö

Lovely cottage from the 50s with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a promontory in Vittsjö lake area so here you have the peace and quiet, but is still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest in front of the knot and lovely hiking areas. Good fishing just meters from the front door. You will wake up with a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy the starry skies and the owls' howling at night.
