Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Paris! The location couldn’t have been better — most key attractions were within easy walking distance, and when we needed to go further, the metro was just a short stroll away. Having a supermarket directly opposite the apartment made everyday essentials incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. It served as a perfect home base after long days of exploring the city. What really stood out, though, was the host — incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions or offer help. This place truly made our Paris trip stress-free and enjoyable. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a centrally located, hassle-free stay in Paris.

My daughter and I had a fabulous time in Paris and Claudine’s space added to the enjoyment. It was very secure and very clean. Claudine was very responsive. She was also very helpful and sympathetic as we navigated a taxi strike making travel to the airport for our return flight almost impossible. With some luck we did make it.

A nice, quiet apartment walking distance to attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and Arch Di Triomphe. Easily accessible by metro too. Apartment was clean and tidy, perfect for one or two guests.

Katia was very responsive to our questions throughout our stay. The location is amazing! It's within a 10-minute walk to the Palace, and there are many restaurants on the street from which to choose. It was fun hanging out after dinner with the windows slightly open to hear the din of the people in the street below. It was quiet at bedtime and the bed is very comfortable! There is a pedestal fan in the bedroom if you need a little airflow like we do. The two flights of stairs are not steep, but they are of course old and a little uneven, so think carefully if you have balance issues. Highly recommended if you want to be close to the Palace.

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Everything was impeccable: an incredible movie theater, a great bar, a great pool for relaxing, a perfect barbecue for evenings with friends and an ideal petanque court for friendly moments. We only spent one night in the house but everything was impeccable. The bedding is quality, everything is clean and very well-equipped. We didn't have time to enjoy it but the terrace is really cozy and intimate. I would recommend this place without hesitation. A large, very pleasant park nearby.

The place was spotless. We were 10 adults for a birthday and the comfort was there. The house is extremely well-equipped with a lot of utensils and other things in the kitchen in particular, we didn't want for anything. Everything was clean, well done! The layout of the rooms is very practical and there are 3 bathrooms and individual toilets which is very practical when there are many people. The garden was also very nice, and the barbecue convenient. The only small surprise was the proximity to the second house of the condominium which is located right next door, but we were not bothered (and hope we did not bother). Olivier was very responsive to messages and accommodating. Everything went smoothly and it was really nice! The house is located close to a bus stop so it's very convenient if you don't have a car. No shops in the immediate vicinity, however. Very quiet neighborhood. Recommended!

Perfect house for a weekend in the countryside 1 hour from Paris. The house is neat and warm and the garden perfect for children. Lots of activities in the area on Marion's good advice! We had a great time and would highly recommend it!

A beautiful property, rural French charm outside but modern and clean inside. The garden is gorgeous with a big pool, plenty of seating and space for everyone. The cycle routes in the local area are fantastic, plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking. A short drive to Épernon and a 45 minute trip into Gare Montparnasse makes trips to Paris super easy. Very peaceful and quiet, a wonderful spot for a relaxing holiday.

This house and these grounds were the perfect place for our vacation together with four other families. The place is even more beautiful in real life than it is in photos and it’s big enough that it was easy to find quiet spaces for privacy and multiple communal spaces for hanging out. We spent the entire time cooking together in groups in the kitchen and eating together. The kids had a blast with a different toys and activities available, and they even found tiny little frogs near the pond. We’re already discussing when we can manage our calendars to come here again, because we are hard-pressed to think of another place that could be this perfect for us. Lamisse was also an exceptional host. She was super responsive to our various questions and provided us with the flexibility. We needed to get into the house a little early to accommodate a family flying in from abroad with a baby.

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Everything was perfect, impeccable cleanliness, very pleasant accommodation, I really enjoyed the bedding and especially the sheets. We were able to get into the accommodation as soon as we arrived in Versailles, thanks to the responsive hosts. Recommended.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

It is very clean, spacious, easy to find and the host is incredibly friendly! Clear instructions, thinking about putting down the luggage when we arrived. It's a good base. Please note that it takes at least half an hour to 45 minutes (by metro) to get to the city center. As a result, it is really very quiet and that is nice at the end of the day! Thank you Audrey :-)
