Shops, restaurants, museums and the Town park with its magnificent water views are steps away. It is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage with a large paneled family room and a large screened porch. Ideal for a small family or two couples, or a romantic getaway for two. Rate varies by day of the week and season. Discounts for stays of a week or more, or for "last minute" bookings.

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

Full accomodations and amenneties with plenty of space. Books, Movies and Games are available for rainy days. Curl up by the fireplace on cool nights. Although the listing says "not suitable for kids 2-12" I leave that decision up to you. It is not childproof for younger children so I don't want to be responsible for your child's safety, however kids are welcome. An infant would be fine but you will have provide the bed and bedding and take care of safeguarding.
