The host was very friendly, arrived at the time we set for check-in, the house seemed very nice to me because there is contact with nature, everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable, in the morning there were squirrels, it ✨ is close to the lake, only the check-out I feel was very early (10am) highly recommended 10/10

The little house worked perfect for our weekend. It was simple. Quiet. Easy access to kayaks and the lake. There is not a view of the lake from the house, but we enjoyed the front porch and garden to okay games and relax. It was so quiet!

We would be more than happy to return. The garden is beautiful and very private. The host was very prompt with a question we had about wood for the sauna. In the evening, the lighting in the main room was low. Making it slightly difficult to read a book. The sheets on the bed were fantastic. Nice thick, crisp sheets.

The picture don’t do it justice by far one of the best locations I’ve ever stayed in Airbnb. Marco was amazing the whole time from begging of booking till the end where he wished us safe travels . By far gotta come again.

A natural oasis in San Pedro, it is a new listing, there are always things that can be improved. The host is quick to respond and friendly. It is recommended if you are looking for a space that has privacy a few blocks from the town's main street. The pizzeria and the nearby local shop are also great. Recommended!

Nice house! Close to Los Salpores beach, shops nearby, the house is impeccable, we had a great time with my family. Monica is very friendly and helpful!

I still can't believe how wonderful this place was. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, this is it. Heavenly. Fast Internet, great host, convenient, clean. Everything about it was perfect.

It is second time that I stayed here, the place never disappoints. A beautiful house decorated with plenty of space to relax and have a nice time. The new pool with jacuzzi is beautiful and relaxing. Absolutely amazing property! The walk from the gate to the house was a beautiful surprise. The third floors had AMAZING views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the sounds of the birds was a dream. PJ was very understanding to our situation and offered a playpen for the babies. The stay was wonderful. Thank you so much!

It was a brilliant stay with everything we needed and great communication. The plunge pool, sauna and net on the deck were big winners. Just do be advised since photos have been taken there is a bit of growth of plants around the property and a new house built next door. Also Nicolas does live on the property out the back who takes care, he is lovely and stays out of the way completely but just a heads up. Had everything we needed but would advise bringing food to cook as it is a bit out of town so having some meals at the place is recommended and a must with the view. Definitely wake up early to watch the stunning sun rises. Thanks for the stay

The best view I’ve ever had at an Airbnb! The balcony was a dream, and the grounds that the apartment is based on are gorgeous. Deedle and Claudia were super responsive and helpful, and Diego was a superstar! We loved our time here.

A private, quiet and very comfortable place. Daniel was waiting for us to arrive and provided precise instructions. We appreciate the services of Erika and Carlos who helped with any needs that may arise, such as cleaning, etc. They are nice and very attentive people.

My friend and I had a lovely few day stay in Becca's place. It was nice to have our own little part of Santiago - lovely views of the lake and nearby volcano, a great restaurant on the premises, and of course, the cabin itself was well appointed. There was lots of purified water, a great kitchen with fridge and comfortable bedding. We would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a special stay while visiting Santiago, and Lago Atitlan..

I stayed at Julio's place with my husband and 2 kids. It was a blast! We really enjoyed it! Most beautiful view in that area around the lake ! Julio is very responsible,helpful and friendly as all his stuff! I Would recommend it to all!

Excellent service and consideration

As a solo traveller I felt very safe at Stacy’s place. It looked exactly like the photos and was incredibly close to the lanchas to town hop. I booked the private driver, Ronaldo, that Stacy recommended which was lovely as well, he was a safe reliable driver. There are other Airbnbs in the building so you don’t feel completely isolated. The hosts were extremely responsive so I never had an issue and didn’t have to wait long for a response. Shower and bathroom were clean and reliable. Gorgeous views of the lake, San Pedro was a great place to stay!

Great location, good for relaxing, if you come by car, ideal for shopping and excursions, the lake is clean and clear. Wonderful for swimming, depending on the current. It's worth it if you want to spend a few days in this place. And there is no noise from the street, everything is very quiet. Would come back anytime

Absolutely stunning stay! The views were breathtaking, especially at sunrise, and the host team went above and beyond—arranging Tuk-Tuks for us to town, the docks, San Juan, and even to San Pedro at 6:30 AM! We also enjoyed playing pool on the rooftop and walking through the beautiful gardens down to the lake. A couple of notes for families with kids: 1 - The property is split into two separate units connected by outdoor stairs. It is not one unit in the traditional sense. We chose to keep all the kids on one level and didn’t use the downstairs beds. 2 - The gardens are private but accessible from the public shoreline. On two of our three days, we saw small groups hanging out in the gardens and just the other side of the gate. It felt safe and didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind if you're traveling with children.
