Beautiful luxury 1904 villa, near Stockholm city

A spacious house of high standards, and beautiful architectural details. Two main floors consisting of entrance halls, living rooms, large kitchen, library, and multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house is ideal for one or two families. A large beautiful well-kept garden with fruit trees, berries, and herbs. Several sitting and lounging areas, and a big trampoline for the children. Two main floors of the house plus the attic and the basement where the laundry room is. We will be available on the phone and via the Airbnb App. The villa is situated in Stocksund, a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Stockholm city center. It’s surrounded by water and nature; small swimming lakes, golf courses, jogging tracks and woods. The Mall of Scandinavia is nearby. The house is a 25 minutes drive from Stockholm Arlanda Airport. You can easily catch a train or the subway into the City, they are both located less than 10 minutes walk from our house. The subway will take you into the city center in 15 minutes. From the house you can walk to the sea for a swim or take a bike tour in the surroundings. There is an alarm system in the house for your protection that will have to be operated coming to and leaving the house.

A modern kitchen features a central wooden island complemented by dark cabinetry. A large window allows natural light to fill the space, offering a view of the surrounding area. Decorative plants are positioned on the island and in a corner, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

Best location in Solna (Råsunda) 12 minutes to the CITY

There are many nice park areas not least with the nice environment around both Råstasjön and Lötsjön. It is very convenient to be so close to Mall and Scandinavia and Solna Centrum. Here you enjoy all the benefits that the protected but still so central location brings with access to all amenities within walking distance. The geographical location is, to say the least, optimal, access roads and connections, subway, cross-country. This home is perfect for a total of four adults or for children who are equipped for.

Beautiful authentic apartment for the family

Apartment for TWO adults and max two kids. Top floor in an old authentic building with the best location in Vasastan. Quiet although 2 minutes away from metro, buses, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and shops. 5 min walk to a national park with tennis, miles walks, beautiful views, beaches. 5 min to clean outdoor pools. Well taken care of apartment with design furnitures and all necessities. It's important that you respect our rules and take very well care of this apt. Previous reviews necessary.

Family friendly seaside apartment at lovely Kungsholmen in Stockholm city center. 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King size bed (180cm) Bedroom 2: Kids room- Queen size bed (140cm) Kitchen & livingroom, big open space Bathroom Balcony Wi-Fi Outside the apartment you find a lot of restaurants, supermarket, beach walk, place to swim, 4 playgrounds & buses. Metro is 600 meters walk. Huset är byggt 2013 så visst slitage finns. Jag har många gröna växter & blir jätteglad om mina gäster ger dem vatten.

Totalt finns det 12 bäddar och är lätt att anpassa för familjer eller vänner. Lägenheten är i ett lugnt och centralt område. Badbrygga och grillplats 10 meter från huset. Barnvänligt med 4H-gård och stor lekplats 200m bort. Finns även utomhusbad och sandstrand 500m bort. 3 km strandpromenad in till stan.
