Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

The house is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea and you can spend days at the beach in Puerto de Sóller where you can enjoy all the activities you want. It is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, therefore it is an ideal starting point for hiking trails.

It is a charming town house, located on a pedestrian street a few meters away, where the Church of Blood and the Posada de Montcaire (two of the tourist spots to visit in Soller) are located. Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
