This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

1 bedroom apartment right at the centre of Södermalm. 200 m (655 feet) from metro station Mariatorget. Ground floor but without insight from the street. High speed wifi. King size bed (180 cm broad / 6' broad). Not much traffic outside since the road is a dead end. Spacious bathroom with a shower with great water pressure. No limitations to warm water since it's heated centrally. I rent out my apartment only when I travel. Thus it feels like a real home and not an airbnb skeleton.

Vibrant neighbourhood in the heart of popular Södermalm. Safe street and calm building with nice neighbours. The apartment serves just as well for smaller families as well as a group of friends. UPDATE (25 mar, 2024) I have bought a new sofa (bed sofa). The new one is dark gray.
