Well-equipped and nice little house

Sit back and relax in this quiet, cool, and cozy home. A well-equipped small apartment building built in 2021. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, an induction hob, a hot air oven. The bathroom with shower and washing machine. Quiet location in a pleasant residential area. 8-10 min walk to subway Mälarhöjden or Västertorp (by bike it takes 3-4 min). It then takes about 15-20 min to T-Centralen. Close to Lake Mälaren, 750 m, and beautiful walking paths.

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.
