Apartment vacation rentals in Södermalm

So quick and helpful from very start . Communication was always very quick. Location was perfect and so central yet so quiet area for sleeping. Would definitely recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay in the Heart of Södermalm! We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Stockholm! The location in Södermalm was perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karolina was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm! Makes your stay worth it!!

Johan as a host is greaSadly this was one of our worst Airbnb experiences in over 20 years. We arrived early but too late to arrange an earlier meeting with johan so we sat outside at a restaurant with all of our bags for 2 hours, it was cold and a bit rainy. After speaking English outdoors with my husband wearing a small Jewish star on his necklace we just looked like typical tourists waiting around. Johan met as previously arranged and was great but after he left we realized there was no heat. It wasn’t terribly cold but after 2 hours outside we were cold. There were only 2 extra thin blankets. There also is a washer but only if you stay a week. So we wore all of our layers every day and night. There are stores close to buy a space heater or extra warm pajamas but we tolerated 4 days. The worst part was after being there for less than an hour we came home to graffiti obviously aimed at us in English. Every day multiple times a day we were told you are not welcome here.

I had a great stay at Ann’s apartment! Cosy and very quiet, neighbourhood is great with lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Train station is also very close which made getting around Stockholm easy. Would absolutely recommend & stay again. Thankyou Ann!

Beautiful and spacious apartment in Södermalm that I would recommend!

Per’s apartment is compact and perfectly appointed - cosy, and kitted out with everything you need. Truly appreciated the super clear instructions for check in, and the flexibility around check-out (as well as precious recommendations for cardamom buns…). He is such a responsive and helpful host. The flat is the perfect base to explore Sodermalm (and the wider city beyond) - just so convenient, and I loved the view and how private it felt despite being in the middle of everything. An absolutely perfect perch, which felt super homely. Would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our 2 nights. Great location in SoFo, so many things within a few minutes walk. Apartment was clean, well stocked, kitchen had everything we needed, and comfy base for a couple of days. Also appreciated great communication with Charlotta. Would recommend, and hope to return.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die zentral gelegen ist. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir hatten ein tolle Zeit hier.

Logement sympathique dans un vieux quartier avec du charme et la chaleur du voisinage. Facile d’accès avec les lignes métro ou bus avec des restaurants et cafés dans le coin. Hôte accueillant et réactif.

We stayed for 5 days, the flat was really nice and cosy. It is located in a great area! Cecilia was a great host, being available when we needed something. We would definetly come back!

Die Wohnung ist super schön, sehr sauber und wie auf den Fotos. Das Bett fand ich ultra bequem und der Checkin läuft auch super easy! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Gegend ist belebt, Innenstadtlage, aber da man im 4. Stock ist, ist es nicht zu laut. Der Blick über die Dächer ist super und man kann gut auch eine längere Zeit dort bleiben! Ein Supermarkt ist direkt im Haus gegenüber und ich war total glücklich, so viel zu Fuß erreichen zu können.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und die Unterkunft ist sehr süß eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Die Unterkunft war super mit dem Bus zum Flughafen zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Lovely top floor flat with plenty of light and space. Host very friendly and helpful. Surroundings very pleasant and with plenty of places to go.

Perfectly located apartment in Södermalm. Many nice restaurants and cafes around. The apartment is perfect for a stay in Stockholm. We will definitely come back.

Massimiliano´s apartment is really nice. Very clean, with excellent space for a family of 4, it would probably be also good for a bigger family. It is very well located, just 2 min from the metro station and there are many restaurants and shopping close by. There is also a nice park very close to the apartment that are nice for kids. Everything went extremely well and I would recommend the apartment for other families that are coming to visit or work in Stockholm.

This place was beautiful right in the heart of Stockholm. Bella was responsive to any questions we had and even created a Google Drive of recommended restaurants, bars, and activities in the area.

Very cosy and nice apartament. Owner was Very friendly. Beautifull neighbourhood, only few steps away from park and promenade and restaurants! Even wild rabbits are living in backyard! 😀

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mauro, qui est un hôte très attentif et généreux (croissants le dimanche matin, délicieux tiramisu!). Le logement est très confortable, d'une propreté irréprochable et très agréable avec le sauna! Même s'il est en retrait du centre-ville de Stockholm, l'accès est très facile avec les transports en commun. Je vais me souvenir très longtemps de ce magnifique après-midi à discuter tout en partageant les secrets du tiramisu! Merci Mauro pour cette belle leçon de vie!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Axels Wohnung gehabt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, man findet dort alles was man braucht z.B. wenn man Kochen möchte. Einen hervorragenden Kaffeevollautomat gibt es ebenso. Ich bin mit meinen beiden erwachsenen Töchtern dort gewesen, sehr gut geeignet war die Zimmeraufteilung, jeder hatte ein eigenes Schlafzimmer. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr schön, viele Restaurants und Kaffees, zentral gelegen und dabei sehr ruhig.

Apartament confortable situat en un barri perifèric d'Estocolm, molt tranquil i bonic, de cases poc altes amb zones ajardinades i parcs. Metro molt aprop. Supermercat aprop i obert fins tard. Amfitriona molt agradable; respon ràpid als nostres dubtes. Apartament recollit però adequat per a una família. Érem 5 i hem estat molt bé. Steffi has a fantastic appartement within walking distance of Kungsholmen neighbourhood. Checking in went spotless, apartment was well arranged, with nice touches to make us feel right at home. She had a well equipped kitchen which meant for us we were able to do quite a bit of home cooking. I also worked from the appartement for the week, for which it had sufficient space. We brought out dog and have to say this neighborhood is fastanstic for it, plenty of paths and nature right on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend this appartment for anyone coming to Stockholm and getting a feel for local life there. Thanks Steffi for hosting us. Can't thank you enough 👏🏻🔥
