Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sobro, Nashville

Beautiful above the garage apartment in lovely east Nashville! We traveled with 4 people-2 adults and 2 kids. The kids slept great on the pull out futon. Bathroom had all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included) and large shower. Decorated beautifully. My boyfriend loved the water filter in the kitchen. Location was quaint and peaceful. Ample parking behind the apt for one vehicle. Thanks for having us! Would stay again in the future.

Kevin's place was perfect! The location is close to lots of great places in East Nashville, the area is a peaceful quiet neighborhood and the home has everything I needed including a great yard for my pups:)

When we first stepped in, we were welcomed by music and scent diffuser. This is one of the most stunning and well decorated spaces I’ve ever seen. All of the amenities were super luxurious. We will never forget how insanely comfortable the bed and couch were. The bed was literally like sleeping on a cloud, which is perfect after a long day out on Broadway. It also is only an 8 minute drive to Broadway. We can’t wait to stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for my best friend’s Bachelorette trip! The host was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. I saw a few comments about the location being sketchy so I was a bit worried but honestly I felt safe and so did the others girls! We had no problems with the location at all. I only rated 4 stars for cleanliness because a few of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, and the blinds were kinda broken in spots. It was very helpful having all of the dishes,utensils and utilities. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great little place for the time we spent in Nashville. Easy drive into the city.

Sarah’s place is super cute and in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay there again.

This property was comfortable and complete. Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was one of the most pleasant I’ve slept in recently. The location was convenient with decent restaurants close by. No problem with parking. Seth was very responsive to questions, usually answering within minutes. I would definitely book again!

I enjoyed being able to walk to the trails along the river. My wife enjoyed being able to walk to get coffee.

15-20 minute walk to Printers Alley, Bridgestone arena and country music Hall of fame. Close to many great restaurants in the Gulch also. Full kitchen if you want to cook or just keep some snacks handy. Towels are provided but not kitchen towels so if you plan on cooking bring some towels and kitchen sponge. Washer and dryer in unit very convenient. Very clean on arrival.

The air bnb was great. Very clean and organized. Had many personal touches that made it feel like home. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating for check-in. Great location in walking distance to downtown. Will be back! Definitely recommend!

We so enjoyed Joseph’s place. We stayed one night to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday. She had a wonderful time at the pool and loved being able to walk to Broadway for dinner. It is a beautiful apartment and they were always quick to respond! We will stay here again!

The place is cute, just like the photos, and squeaky clean. Connor was super quick to respond for all of my questions, even the dumb ones that were already answered in the sign in instructions!

Loved staying in this little apartment. Perfect for my best friend and I. We enjoyed the pool too, it is a beautiful space! They had beautiful comfy cabanas which was a nice touch. It wasn’t heated like the description said it would be but thankfully it was decently warm when we used it so we got used to the temperature. Loved having the washer and dryer to use. Super sweet they had a bottle of wine and a couple snacks and waters for us. Our real only complaint was figuring out how to open the door and not realizing we had to lock it when leaving and it didn’t automatically do so like a hotel room. So if there were directions on the actual door (like we noticed later on other doors) that would be super helpful. Would stay again!

Zach is a fantastic host! He was always so quick to respond and accommodating. Check in was easy, his instructions were very clear. We even got to check in early which was awesome! The space is clean, it has what you need. Next time I would bring a few extra blankets with me. Zach even had bought the coffee creamer we preferred which was a very kind thing to do. Just a note to people staying - the bed is a full size so may be small for some, but Zach did offer to have an air mattress all set up prior to our arrival if needed! Location is great, super close to Broadway you could walk if you wanted. Overall had a great trip and would recommend/stay here again!

Arrived late but found the home easily, right off the highway, but also very quiet and peaceful. The suite is nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom was amazing, with a wonderful waterfall shower with room for two. A very nice romantic getaway for the wife and I on our anniversary. Will absolutely look at staying there again when traveling through Nashville.

Is there a way to give 6 out of 5? David was above and beyond. So responsive and helpful! The zen studio is better than the pictures even! It was perfect for my fiancé and I! Walkable to broadway and many other areas. Cute little balcony and he’s literally thought of everything! The coffee options, the hair dryer, fans, noise machines, you name it! Oh and the mirrors….. perfect for getting ready! The bed was super comfortable, we slept well. There is a fire station right there, but we had no issues with noise levels at all, he’s done everything he can to mask the sirens and they didn’t bother us one bit! If you’re coming to Nashville, stay with David! I promise it will enhance your visit to the city! We will for sure be back and will stay with David again!

This place was amazing. It looked great, was spacious, all the amenities were well thought through. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda was very responsive, king and helpful aswell. I will be coming back to stay :)

We absolutely loved this airbnb! The location is perfect with a quick walk to broadway so we didn’t need to spend any money on uber. The room itself was also so nice with so much room. We absolutely loved the patio with easy access to the courtyard and pool area! The host is also so helpful and friendly, she was a great host! We will absolutely be staying here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! Immediately felt welcomed. The view of the river was great and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. I also really appreciated how easy it was to walk to Broadway and all the fun attractions nearby. It was the perfect spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

The Airbnb looked just like the pictures and was very close to broadway about a 10 min walk. Yvonne was very responsive and tentative to us and I highly recommend.

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!

It was a perfectly cozy place for us to stay and well stocked with everything we would need. It was also close to downtown Nashville.

We loved the location. As non savvy technology-challenged people, it was a bit frustrating getting through the process of gathering the key and getting into the elevator but we finally did it!! So walkable to Broadway honkytonks and restaurants...Just a few blocks! We would stay here again if possible. Great communication and very prompt. Cozy bed and very clean!!
