Vacation rentals with a sauna in Snowmass Village

This host communicates well and was flexible when I needed. Would stay again.

We want to give a huge thank you to Amber for allowing us to stay at her condo! The stay couldn't have been any better! The condo itself is much larger than we anticipated with plenty of room for all of those in our party! The place was clean when we arrived. Additionally, Amber has done a great job of including board games, boot warmers, and other thoughtful items that made our stay extra comfortable. Since this condo is directly in Avon, there's plenty of things to do that are within walking distance! If you're here to ski, there's a shuttle that comes around frequently for pick-ups! As for Amber, she is an excellent host! She was incredibly friendly throughout all our discussions. Check in and check out instructions were thorough which made the entire process a breeze. Additionally, she was open to providing local suggestions of the area which could be very helpful if this is your first time in Avon! Overall, I'd highly recommend! Thanks again Amber!

Mindy was proactive in communicating, which made it easy when I had questions. The location was great, lots of walkable stuff and the bus stop to Beaver Creek was so close. The place was clean and cozy with soft towels, sheets and games to play. It is in need of a little TLC (broken cabinets, drawers and doors) but nothing that impeded our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hosts gave detailed instructions and were responsive to all communication. I appreciated that they provided plenty of fans to accommodate the space. The back patio was so peaceful & beautiful (and offers a natural sound machine for sleeping!) The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels/pillows/blankets. We would be happy to book here again!

Cannot say enough about this comfortable and incredibly convenient spot. East walk to Snowmass Mall and a few steps from the slopes. A beautiful unit, well maintained, cozy and comfortable. Regina was a pleasure to work with, was super responsive before, after, and during our stay. Helped us with all kinds of aspects of our trip. Cannot recommend this spot highly enough for your Snowmass stay. We will be back!

the property is very cozy, everything is very clean, all the appliances are new, the space is very good and the location is good too and when i needed to talk to the host he was very quick to respond and solve what i asked for.

Lambrose’s condo in Avon was the perfect home away from home! Thoughtfully designed, cozy, and in a prime location—just minutes from Nottingham Lake, cafes, and shops. My parents’ first visit to Avon and Vail couldn’t have been better. Lambrose was super responsive and communicative, making everything easy breezy. We’d love to stay again!

Very accommodating space for our family, which included 3 adult kids. Great for everyone to have their own space & bathroom. Made getting out in the morning very easy! Catching the shuttle down to the gondola was fantastic. Kitchen is extremely well equipped which made cooking dinners a breeze. Washer & dryer are huge! Beds were very comfortable. All appliances were updated & place was very clean upon arrival. We loved the multiple hot tub options & the gas fireplace. Communication could not have been easier with these owners. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great stay at Falcon Point! The place is and furnishings are actually more modern than the pictures suggest. It was very clean and well appointed. The location is very convenient 2 blocks to the Lake Street bus stop for the Avon skier shuttle or walk seven minutes to Avon transportation center to take the Riverfront gondola to Beaver Creek or express bus to Vail. The heated underground parking garage was super convenient as are the ski lockers in the parking garage. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel. Would highly recommend.

Susie was an incredible hostess!! Her home had so many amenities... I felt like I was staying in my own condo! She supplied wonderful little extras like fresh coffee/tea and spices and even much more luxurious elements like soft linens, full cotton towels, and even cleaning supplies (for neat freaks like me). The space is perfectly decorated to feel spacious even though it's only a one bedroom. One of my local girl friends slept on the pull-out and said it was comfy too (a feat that's typically impossible ). From hangers, to bath goods, to first aid- she's thought of it aIl. The proximity to the RFTA access and the parking directly in front of the unit, make travel and unloading easy. My only criticism has nothing to do with Susie as a hostess- the association needs more enforcement with their management in clearing snow up at the pool/hot tub, around the public amenities, and in the parking lot. Other than that- this place is absolutely fabulous! I WILL BE BACK!!

The Condo = Superb! Spacious, clean, bright light, and exactly as or better than the pictures and descriptions. The Host = Excellent! Allie is welcoming, friendly, prompt, and clearly wants to be sure your visit is a total success. The Location = Outstanding! Incredible access to the gondola, the town of Avon, and the Westin Resort. You are getting everything this listing presents to you and much much more. A no-brainer choice and we’ll be back for sure. Perfect place to escape the front range heat for the weekend! Garth & team were very accommodating and communicative. The Westin is a very dog friendly hotel that provided the perfect place for my fiance and our dog to relax. Thanks to Garth & team!

Highly recommend for group stay to ski at Beaver Creek. First, the place is very modern and clean. Each room had its own bathroom and we needed the multiple beds. The only drawback is it is on the 3rd floor, so be prepared for stairs. The location is convenient as the condo shuttle picks up outside the door and takes to Avon Station for Gondola to slopes. Or, walk 2 blocks to pickup the Skier Express Bus to get to Centennial Village. Very helpful to have options. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Jill's house was a wonderful place to spend the holidays. The layout is great and we enjoyed how quiet it was in the area.

Great spot for a ski weekend. The condo is a short drive to the parking lots at the base of Beaver Creek. We ate at restaurants in Avon and Edwards at night. The condo was clean and comfortable, and Pavel was very responsive to questions.

David’s place is a cool mountain gem with AMAZING views of Mt. Sopris. Spent a weekend in Carbondale/Basalt seeing the sights but honestly didn’t want to leave the house the vibe was so good! Do yourself a favor and stay at David’s the next time you are in the area. Clean, modern, space for the pups. Everything you could want. 5 stars!

We stayed here with our friends over New Years and WOW!! What an amazing location! We felt like we were headed over the river and through the woods to a magical storybook cabin. And we were right! Andy and Kate were awesome to communicate with during, beforehand, and afterward. Everything was clean, nice sheets, big Sonos speaker, nice big beautiful table and chairs, lovey hot tub and sauna. Do yourself a favor and book this cabin!! We will be back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space even more! Thank you Andy and Kate.

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

We had an incredible time! What a beautiful location and the home was impeccably maintained. Loved the layout, bedding and the sheets were so comfortable! The home accommodated our family perfectly, and it was so easy to get in and out of. We absolutely loved everything about it. We will be returning in the summer. What a fabulous stay!

The most fabulous and charming home. It was clean and each room was extremely well appointed with bonus amenities. Host was very responsive with communication. This was by far our best air bnb we have stayed at.

We had a great time celebrating my wife’s birthday. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back and highly recommend him as a host!
