Pure idyll in the countryside, but with only 2.5 km to good shopping, as well as about 10 minutes by car to a fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Dogs, cats and horses. Owner lives on the grounds, but for the second long. Fibernet and TV package. NEW 2025: Gameroom with table football, table tennis and retro game console.

Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra / person. Annex of 50 m2 located in the forest edge on a closed road leading to the beach (not a swimming beach). Nature comes right into the apartment, and the peace is interrupted only by birdsong and the wind in the trees. The annex contains a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette, dining area, armchairs and sofa. And on the large loft, there is an extra mattress where you can sleep. Private terrace with forest view. Free parking and very fast WiFi.

Are you going to stay in "TJÆREGRYDEN"? The place is full of peace and quiet, and the individual apartments are undisturbed in relation to each other. The holiday homes of 55 m2 each are located about 100 m from the water, and all have sea views. Our apartments are based on 2 people, but two of the apartments can easily be used by 3-4 people. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen in open connection with the living room, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a nice bathroom.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.
