Swimming dock and rowing boat straight down below the house, bike and hiking trails around the corner and in winter you can reach the ski slopes in 10 minutes over the ice or 3 minutes by car. The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
