Beautiful cabin in a very private location. Would definitely stay here again!

My family loved the stay! The game room was perfect for my kids. We had epic air hockey games. Rooms were comfortable and the house was clean. We loved the view from the huge porch. Communication from the host was quick and instructions were clear. We would definitely return for another family weekend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Mountain Getaway Just 13 Minutes from Downtown Helen! Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was nothing short of incredible. The home is nestled in the trees, offering peaceful privacy while still being only 13 minutes from the heart of downtown Helen. From the moment we booked, Carl was an outstanding host, his communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. The cabin itself was spotless with an eye for detail that made it feel like a true retreat. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the linens and pillows were high quality, making it easy to relax and unwind. We especially loved the modern yet cozy interior, spacious deck with forest views, and the hot tub tucked away under a covered area, perfect for cooler evenings. Whether you’re enjoying coffee on the deck, cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, or exploring Helen, this home is an ideal base. Highly recommend!

We loved this lakeside cabin. Both the cabin and exterior were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The screened outdoor patio was great for meals. We really enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub, as well. There is a short walk to a beautiful waterfall. Access to the cabin was easy. Sarah, our host, is an excellent communicator. We would love to come back. Thank you so much.

We spent a few nights here for a family vacation and we really enjoyed it. The view was beautiful and the cabin was very cozy. The instructions to get to the cabin were very clear so that was super helpful! We had no trouble getting settled in!

The host communicated well. The home is lovely and very private while also being ideally located to enjoy everything that Helen has to offer. We enjoyed the pool table & hot tub. The location also allowed us to enjoy several wildlife sightings.

The perfect spot, super close to everything to do in Helen but it still feels quiet and secluded!

This is a fantastic cabin. I felt so relaxed that it was hard for me to leave to attend my planned activities. The highlight was sitting on the swing listening to the sounds of nature. Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway for our anniversary. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub did not disappoint. I really liked that the cabin had coffee, creamer, cooking spices, and even popcorn. Blue Ridge has so many things to do. The train ride was pretty cool.

Very nice home in a great location. The screen in porch was our favorite spot to be. Very convenient to both Blairsville and Hiawasse! 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, lowkey weekend!

The place was great and super clean. Close enough to town, so you can walk and no need for a car ($10 for full day of parking in town). The loft was awesome since you can wake up with the natural lighting coming from the window, and the bed was comfortable. The downstairs room was great as well. The shower was on the smaller side, and we wish it had a different shower head (like the one with a hose), but overall, very clean and comfortable bathroom. The jacuzzi was great and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen had everything except a pizza pan, but we managed to make a pizza with a metal tin the oven had inside. Overall was a great experience; the place was really nice, cozy and comfortable. It was close to town, but it was far enough that it was quiet, so we had a really good night of sleep. Definitely recommended and would go back.

Wade’s cabin was the perfect weekend getaway. We brought our dogs who enjoyed exploring the area around the cabin and Wade had bowls and a leash available if they were needed. The cabin had all the amenities we needed including various streaming services and full kitchen. Very few house rules and heck-out was simply putting the key back in the lock box. We had a great stay!

From start to finish Tonia was amazing. she was quickly responsive when I had questions before ever booking, then after booking she was super informative on everything. When arriving to the location, my family and I were in awe of the cabin. Then after walking in and checking everything we were super impressed on the cleanliness and how well stocked the place was. We cooked and ate just like we were at home without ever having to go buy stuff to cook on or plates to eat off of. I will definitely be returning!

This space is exactly what is listed!! The photos accurately portrayed the space. It’s so close to downtown Helen, but somehow still remote and secluded! It was a private cabin experience right by a bustling area! The host was friendly and proactive in communication. Loved the space, will visit again!

The cabin was perfect for the quiet relaxing vacation we were looking for. It by far exceeded my expectations with how clean everything was on the inside and outside. My favorite part was sneaking out to the screened in porch every morning with my coffee and book listening to the world wake up around me. I would definitely recommend Jeannie's place for anyone looking for a quite get away in a secluded cabin but still close enough to town to enjoy what Helen has to offer.

Location was perfect. Just a 30min drive to Helen which was the reason for our mom&daughter trip. We wanted to stay in a secluded cabin with a pretty view which led us to stay here and we were happy. Everything was clean and plenty of space for just us two. Please do not skip over the fact that the stairs are extremely narrow and steep. It’s in the description - I read it and didn’t think much of it since I’m young and my mom is not elderly, but we realized we had to walk up and down them pretty much like a ladder and against the A-frame wall it doesn’t give much room, so just be aware when booking. We left our luggage on the main floor. The spiral stairs are also narrow but it’s not as steep as the set going to 3rd floor. Again, everything was great but if you’re unsure you or your party can navigate ladder-like stairs consider staying elsewhere. Christopher was super responsive and very nice when he checked in and followed up. The cows were pleasant to view on the patio

This was one of my favorite stays! It was the cutest cabin with all the right things indoor and outdoor. Everything I needed was there, I felt at home. We got a personalized gift and card, I felt like they knew us and were happy we were there. We spent our honeymoon there and it was soooo worth it! I would definitely stay again!! They were so nice and responsive, such a great experience!

Beautiful home, peaceful family vacation spot.

This was not the first time we visited Sherry’s cabin locations. We enjoy the peacefulness and the privacy of her locations. This was our 3rd visit to Helen GA. My husband and I are first responders and needed to get away for peace and quiet. We will definitely visit again

Above the Nest is a wonderful place to stay in Blue Ridge! It is quiet, serene, and has a gorgeous view. You won’t want to leave! Kitchen is stocked nicely as well. We will be back!
