Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Beautiful rural location just outside Röstånga. Functional and fresh. You have two levels of about 25 sqm built in the gable of a barn entirely to yourself. The bedroom is upstairs, the stairs do not have a handrail. The kitchen has two cooking plates, kitchen fan, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer. No oven. Fully equipped with kitchen items. The sofa bed is on the ground floor and unfortunately is not so comfortable to sleep in. Note towels, sheets and cleaning included!

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. Lovely cottage from the 50s with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a promontory in Vittsjö lake area so here you have the peace and quiet, but is still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest in front of the knot and lovely hiking areas. Good fishing just meters from the front door. You will wake up with a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy the starry skies and the owls' howling at night.
