Bikes and kayaks are available for rent on the island. The cottage has a comfortable double bed in the sleeping alcove, as well as two beds in a sofa bed. New and super fresh kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom with a shower.

Lillstugan by the sea and forest

Silence, tranquility, meadows, forest and sea. Small, simple cottage secluded, in the middle of nature on a plot with a cottage(where I live) and a barn. At our place on northern Orust, close to Slussen you have the possibility to both take it easy and hang out. With minimal environmental impact, you can enjoy lazy summer days or cozy spring or autumn days in Lillstugan. Depending on the season, you can pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forest fields. Lillstugan offers glamping(a bit more luxurious than camping) at its best.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful living with salty baths, proximity to nature, and West Sweden's best music scene at the old Slussens guesthouse only a 5 minute walk away. If you would like to take a morning swim, it is 75 meters to the beach and the children want to play from docks and jumping towers you will go there in 3-4 minutes. It has a kiosk for a better coffee with organic food and at Slussens guest house located right by the docks, our Swedish musikelit basically performs every day during summer.

Newly-built Attefall cabin with all the comforts and high speed wifi! The cabin has a well-equipped kitchen, social area with direct exit to its own lovely terrace with sea view and a delicious bathroom with shower. The patio has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even if the square meters are few, you feel like everything can be accommodated in the cabin. Directly outside there is parking and here you will also find the path down to the jetty and the sea. Welcome!

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

It is the best of both worlds - sea and forest. 2 km to the sea and 5 km to Henån where shops, system companies, etc. The property has direct proximity to forest, trails and Orust's highest mountain. Silence and privacy. Good opportunities for walking, running, cycling tours and proximity to the rest of Bohuslän with everything it means. The cats Pipen and Leo live here, and also a small squad of chickens. Next to Signe's barn is the host couple's residence.

We had a wonderful stay and felt at home from the first moment. The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately notice that someone is involved with heart. Everything was sparkling clean and really perfectly equipped, we didn't miss anything at all. Whether kitchen, bathroom or bedroom – everything was well thought out, cozy and inviting. We fully recommend the place and would come back any time. Thank you for this wonderful time!

Camilla's tiny house is really nice and very lovingly furnished! We spent 5 nights there and felt right at home. The weather was good, so we were able to use the outdoor area extensively. Camilla is a very nice host and communication was very straightforward! She was always available and responded within a few minutes. In the accommodation, there is a folder with tips for excursions. You can plan really nice day trips to different places. We had a really nice stay and would always recommend this place!

We felt very comfortable in the small yellow Sweden house. It is located on the owner's property, from which you also get the keys and are very nicely received. The cottage is very small and simply designed, but still you have everything you need. We enjoyed the very quiet location on the edge of the forest. Not far away in the village of Slussen there is a nice swimming spot and also a sauna that you can rent. The rest of the island is also very nice and offers a lot of nature and small fishing villages to discover. We highly recommend a stay and will be happy to come back! See you soon!

The property is very nicely located in nature. It is very lovingly decorated and has everything you need. We took beautiful hikes in the area, visited the coastal villages of the archipelago and looked at the rock drawings (Unesco World Heritage Site). Everything easily accessible by car. We highly recommend the place!

Very cozy cottage with fantastic location in Ljungskile. Close to several different swimming areas and magical sunset from the patio. The cottage was fresh and had all the amenities we needed to thrive. Carina took good care of us and made recommendations that enhanced the experience. It's good to know that you sleep really well because the bed is extremely comfortable. We would be glad to come back!
