Comfortable and charming cottage for a weekend getaway, with easy access to downtown Traverse City. Really enjoyed being able to see the creek right out front and wander through trails in the backyard. Lauren and Tom were quick to respond to questions and great hosts!

Our host was helpful and friendly. He responded quickly to questions we posted. The apartment was cozy and clean and in a great location for the functions we were attending. Enjoyed the lovely setting!

It was a great weekend away! The cabin is so nice inside and out! I will definitley keep this place in mind if we ever do something like this again. Totally recommend:)

Kara was an outstanding host. She was very quick to respond throughout the entire process from questions prior to booking through the end of our stay. Having never visited Traverse City before she left us with many recommendations, some of which we checked out and really enjoyed. The unit is as clean and nice as detailed. You can’t beat the views and the beach is beautiful as well. We would be happy staying with Kara again.

We enjoyed our stay at sunrise landing, our suite was very clean and thoughtfully put together. Dan was communicative and helpful. The kayak rental was reasonably priced and a lot of fun for my child. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We were impressed by the comfort and welcome of the little red cabin. The hosts were wonderful, amenities plentiful and the cabin was cozy. We very much enjoyed the fire pit and the rocking Adirondack chairs. The outdoor space allowed us to soak up the sun and gain a quiet break from the city life. Easy to drive around this area + we really enjoyed our time spent at the cabin cooking meals and spending time with our dog (it was so amazing that there were bowls there for him). The location was perfect for us. We look forward to returning for another future visit.

Ruth and Chris were awesome hosts. The space was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Their communication was great from the beginning. The location has easy access to Traverse City and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend Ruth and Chris’s place to anyone visiting the Traverse City area. Beautiful condo, looks just like the listing with amazing unobstructed views of Lake Michigan. Lovely hosts, easy to contact and respond quickly to any requests. Everything was so clean and very well equipped. Can’t wait to book again!

This was an absolutely lovely place! Very kind and helpful hosts. We were greeted in person, were guided to the loft and received recommendations for the area. The house is in a secluded and quiet location, in close proximity to attractions in the area. I would love to visit again!

Our stay here was perfect for a girls weekend! It was exactly what we were expecting and the place was pristine! The beach was easy to access and the board games came in handy!

Everything about this place was perfect. First, it’s every bit as beautiful as the photos. Such a tranquil setting. And what a house! Really clean and beautifully anointed, with everything we needed. We hope to come back, soon.

We had a lovely, relaxing 5 days at this camp. It is simple but appears to be recently renovated. It’s not high end (the kitchen chairs are cheap plastic) but it’s clean, comfortable, and tasteful. It’s nestled on the lake with a gorgeous view. Sadly, the renovation did not include a dishwasher. Bayshore does a great job stocking the place - there are plenty of replacement supplies, including coffee. Two Bayshore annoyances: I requested a rubber spatula/flipper so the non stick pans didn’t get further damaged. Their response: I could purchase one myself. Also, you have to drag the trash can 200 yards up the driveway on Tuesday nights or “there may be an additional fee.” Still, I would stay there again.

The place is adorable and peaceful. The decor is cottage cute! Being able to walk out the back door to Lake Michigan for a bonfire every night was amazing!!! Three chairs are set up by the big window with sweeping lake views to chill in the evenings. Just be aware the place is smallish and no dishwasher so I would keep it below 6 people, but it worked out great for the two of us on our anniversary. It was romantic and a super pick!!! You will not be disappointed. We were pleasantly surprised!!! :)

Everything was first rate. Beautiful area, private, quiet, short walk to Crystal Lake where she has kayaks, and chairs to enjoy the view. Linens and bed was seemed new and very comfy. The deck was very enjoyable. Very safe area, and lovely. We would love to come back!

This was our second year coming back. The spot is perfect for 2 adults. The view of the bay is wonderful from the house, deck or dock. It’s so relaxing to sit on the deck overlooking the bay and listening to the gentile waves and watching the waterfowl while drinking coffee or a glass of wine. The location is great, you are close to Traverse City or Sutton’s Bay. I’d highly recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend and totally enjoyed the Condo. It was clean, organized and we felt right at home. We most definitely would stay there again. It was perfect!! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent from you. It was nice to have a home, instead of just hotel rooms. Excellent experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in the Traverse City Commons! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic—quiet, charming, and close to everything, yet still feels tucked away. For the size and quality of the condo, it’s a surprisingly affordable find. Definitely a hidden gem—we’ll be recommending it to friends and would love to stay again!

Lisa and David were excellent hosts. Their instructions were comprehensive. The condo was clean and the amenities were as described. They were very responsive to a minor lighting issue. They responded within an hour of informing them. We will book with them the next time we are in TC.

Lovely place at the commons! Great space and great vibe

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The condo is in a great location. Saturday morning we took an easy walk along the lakeshore to the downtown farmers market. We were able to easily walk from front street business district to the condo as well. We will definitely come back to this condo on our next visit to TC!

Beautiful spacious, comfortable and well equipped condo. Traffic noise was noticeable but lake view was pretty. Host was extremely responsive to unexpected issue in unit (shower door glass breakage). Overall highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay. The place was nice, clean, updated, easy to check in and i felt very safe during my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here instead of a hotel room.
