The cottage was completed in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150 meters from the cottage is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming docks and raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

The plot is shared with the homeowner but guests have part of the plot to themselves to enjoy. In the meadows/fields roam deer and if you are lucky you can also see moose.
