The View to Drangarnar, Tindholm end Mykines

This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Church building from 1943, completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the middle of the village, 100 meters from supermarket and 10 minutes walk to beach. There are many opportunities for hiking in nature. It´s only a 25 minutes drive to Torshavn. Suduroy, luxury and cozy house with sea view

My traditional Faroese house is located on the southern island, Sudoroy, surrounded by breathtaking nature with public transportation right by the door. The 2 hour ferry trip to the island, return ticket about 11 euro and 37 euro with car, is beautiful. Newly renovated house decorated stylish and simple with danish designs. Beautiful sea and mountains view from all rooms.

We renovated this old boathouse recently. There is a rowingboat available as well. It is the family’s boat. The house offers you a peacefull sanctuary to collect your thoughts. 5 minutes walking distance to groceryshopping. Bus stop to the rest of the island is oposite the house as well. There is a bed for two people and a couch that also can fit two people

Wow! One of the coziest places I’ve ever been. It’s a beautiful old house with a modern bathroom and kitchen, a gorgeous view and all the amenities you could think of. We even got to try some local beer! Jákup was very friendly and always quick to respond. Húsavik is a bit difficult to get to, but it is very worth it as a tranquil retreat for a few days.

Excellent stay. Great apartment, nice and cozy and with all necessary ameneties. Children loved the playground close by and the stunning nature as well.

The exterior of the house is illuminated at night, showcasing large glass windows that provide a view of the interior space. Soft lighting outlines the deck, enhancing the welcoming appearance of the home. Warm light spills from inside, hinting at the cozy atmosphere within.
