Welcome to a historic environment with exclusive solutions. The old school was erected almost 100 years ago and the apartment then constituted the residence of the caretaker's family. The apartment has a thoughtful layout with high ceilings, old-fashioned pantry and large closet, which has been renovated with sustainable solutions, earthy colors and high-end matrix choices. The continental bed is king-size (180x200) with eco-certified beddings. The kitchen is well-equipped with stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

Through the gate from the garden there is close access to the river Lagan which is a popular spot for salmon fishing. The guesthouse is located on the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room part and sleeping areas for four. For the excursion alley, Båstad is close (about 8 km) and the host is happy to show a nice bike path there along the waterfront.
