Beachfront vacation rentals in Skopelos

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. Incredible experience and we definitely want to come back! Dimitra and her family were so welcoming and helpful. Dimitra got in touch to check when we landed and Tula came to meet us to show us to the house and then give us a tour. The location is absolutely stunning, literally right on the waterfront. Even better in person than we had imagined. The flat was spotless with toiletries and beach towels provided. Even a bottle of wine in the fridge for us when we arrived which was very thoughtful. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea with a coffee or watching the sunset was beautiful. We spent a few afternoons on the sun loungers by the sandy beach and jetty, and took the kayak out one day round the coast. We had fab recommendations from Dimitra for places to eat and beaches to visit, and Tula gave us giant sea shells as souvenirs from their fishing boat. If you're looking for an unforgettable holiday with excellent hospitality then you couldn't ask for better hosts. 10/10 🤩

The apartment is absolutely lovely—clean, bright, and well-kept, with a comfortable layout that makes it feel like home right away. Everything is in great condition, and the space has a cozy yet modern vibe. The neighborhood is also fantastic—peaceful, safe, and close to everything you need like shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience. Victoria is incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to show us around and explain everything in detail. Highly recommended!

The apartment itself was very clean and modern. The beds were to die for, pretty comfortable. The one major bathroom with shower is located in the middle of the steps going up to the top of the apartment. It was a little different but very doable. the lock on the front door definitely had a learning curve to it. But once we got it, it was a piece of cake. The manager had an office very close by and she recommended some awesome restaurants. We took the bus to some of the beaches further away from town and they were amazing. We did have one super noisy night the first night we got there and you could hear the base of the music for quite a while. The next few nights were pretty pleasant. You could drown out the music. Well watching TV on your iPad. All in all we love the location.

A friendly welcome from the start. As a lone traveller I was at home! Host advised me on beaches and walking routes. Just a beautiful, lovely family. I will be back!

The Spillia House was an amazing slice of Heaven on Earth. The sea air breeze cleansed our lungs, and the solitude softened our souls. the daily hike to the private beach was both special convening with nature, and hearty exercise back up to the house. The beautiful lemon trees were super fresh, and the small patches of gardenous herbs added flavor to each meal. Thank you Spillia House and thank you Eva!

The house is spotless & very well appointed, & the views from both balconies overlooked the bay. It’s a 5 minute walk to the little beach/bay with sun loungers & 2 Tavernas plus a bar. There is a tiny little shop with limited provisions in the port. The main ferry port is a 15 minute walk (lots of steps, so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems). There’s a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The beautiful old town up on the hill is 20 minutes drive away. Our host Niki, was very friendly & helpful, she kindly booked a taxi to meet us from the ferry port on our arrival & take us to the house & also a rental car & arranged for it to be delivered to the house. We had a wonderful time on the island & it was great to have a car & visit the little beaches & taverna’s around the island. There are boat trips & self drive boats available from the old port too. We would recommend Niki’s house for a holiday, a quiet peaceful place to stay on a beautiful island ☺️

Christina (Jane & Stavros), we’re great hosts! Staying in the beach house was very nice and our Kids felt like staying at home from the First day! The Location so close to the sea (50 meters) and the „private“ tavern with awesome food next to the house were perfect. You can find anything you need in the house and the outdoor space is huge. A supermarket you can find 2 minutes away. The contact/communication via WhatsApp and phone was perfect and very helpful! Only the combination Moskitos and the high temperature was not so easy to manage. But we came along with that and had a great stay! Thank you 😁😎

Very nice, beautiful and amazing view from Dahlia's terrasse and the balcony. Manlio welcome you nicely and share willingly his secret tips to discover the right places and beaches to discover. Well located near Glossa, it s a pity we didn't have the opportunity to access to a private beach down the secret Sporades residence.

Awesome stay overall. On a beautiful property with pool and tennis court access. Our room was slightly different to the photos shown but we throughly enjoyed our stay nonetheless and had all the amenities we needed. Felt safe as two female travellers who will definitely be back to stay at Sophie’s!

We had a truly wonderful time in this beautiful home. We loved the patio for breakfast, the swimming pool in the afternoon and the herbs in the garden which we used for our salads and dinners. It’s so well located and so comfortable. I really hope that we can return again one day soon and stay here.

Thanks for having us Machi! You're home is beautiful, from the moment we drove through the gates we felt at home. The kitchen is well stocked, I made fresh orange juice and coffee every morning and enjoyed the view from the terrace. The pool is bigger then we thought it would be, and the bed is super comfy. I hope to be back someday. P.s Read the reviews and hire a car! It is possible to walk, but the hill is very steep and hard especially in the heat. A car is worth it to explore the beauty of Skopelos.

Really lovely villa as previous reviews suggest. Much appreciated local snacks and wine on arrival. Very comfortable beds. The pool is great and is probably 180cm depth throughout so probably not suitable for non swimmers. Villa was cleaned midway through our 1 week stay which was great. Located two mins walk from two excellent restaurants, small shop and pleasant beach where boat hire is available. Agnontas is a great location with easy access to Skopelos town by car or bus and the beaches on the west coast. Overall would strongly recommend and would love to visit again.

Charming , rustic accommodation. Views are spectacular and even nicer than the images. Breakfast on the large terrace was a beautiful way to start the day. The apartment had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 showers and toilets, great WiFi and an adorable local cat😄 The hill and steps up to the villa are challenging but worth it once you’re up there. We did use the lift at the pool accommodation occasionally next door. They don’t mind if you eat and drink there occasionally. Food was lovely there too. Location was perfect. Near the town and beach but also on a great bus route to other beaches and restaurants. Patric was easily contacted and booked our airport taxis for us which were happy to drive up the hill too 😜 Would definitely advise mosquito repellent as we experienced a lot, maybe because the villa is surrounded by beautiful plants and greenery which is stunning. Highly recommended accommodation!

I would highly recommend and come back again. We came with our collage age granddaughter to see Skopelos. This airbnb was perfect for the 3 of us and can sleep 2 more. Beautiful, quaint, place with relaxing verandas to take in the views from the port or lovely surroundings. Sophie is a wonderful host. She is easy to communicate with and can answer any of your questions along with accommodating your needs when possible.

just amazing so special for us so relaxing two large patios we ate El fresco every day sunbathed and enjoyed the most amazing views of the sea and islands Kostas and Paraskevi must be justifiably proud of this accomodation highly recommend to any one looking for something very special

The apartment has the perfect location at the heart of busy Skiathos Town with great views of the harbour. It's just a short walk to any of the restaurants, bars, shops, taxis and bus. We instantly felt at home and loved the simple, greek inspired interior design. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. The bathroom is fresh and clean with a great shower! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Thank you for the wonderful time in Panormos and the loving care. Particularly beautiful was the quiet courtyard with lemon tree and olives.

We had an amazing stay at studio Elpiniki. Check in was super easy and the location was great- a very short walk from the ocean (which you can see from the apartment!) and town. Theodoros was a lovely host- extremely responsive and helpful providing us with really useful information whenever we needed it. The apartment was clean and we felt right at home, making our time in Skopelos feel more special!

We had a really lovely stay at giorgos’ place on Panormos beach. It felt very safe and welcoming, the room was simple but charming. And it is basically on the beach so we had access to the sea before anyone else got to the beach- heavenly! Giorgos was an extremely friendly and kind host who greeted us on arrival, showed us around and gave us many local recommendations. Two nights wasn’t enough! We would happily return.

Amazing host, he helped us rent cars and gave recommendations for places to go on the island, always responsive and very helpful. Great location, beach right by, worth renting a car to see the famous sights of the island. Very nice place with great views and a very comfortable stay!
