In spring and summer half year there is access to barbecue, swings, slide, trampoline and grass areas. Palmhuset at Hjelmsjöborg

Nestled in a rhododendron in the north part of Hjelmsjöborg's park is this octagonal tower Palm House. This is a very unique building where you get a home like nothing else. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stuccos, brick paintings, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a paved patio with a Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house is Hjelmsjöns nice tennis courts. In the winter months it can get a little cold, then you have to curl up on the couch and light a fire in the fireplace.

The forrestplot of 2400m2 contains lots of blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms for you to pick if you come in late summer or fall. Skønt sommerhus på to etager med stor terrasse samt stor smuk naturgrund med egen eng og skov. Sommerhuset har veludstyret køkken samt to stuer hvorfra der er smuk udsigt over eng og skov. I stueplan er der to soveværelser. På 1. sal er der et badeværelse badekar, to soveværelser samt 1 køjeseng og 1 stor seng på repoet. 20km til bl.a at besøge Kungsbygget Eventyrspark, MTB park Vallåsen, sejle i kano på Lagan samt bade søer i området og besøge Sveriges længste sandstrand, Mellbystrand.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
