Wifi, streaming TV and electricity is included in the price. Pets not allowed. For long term rental, a reservation is made for electricity price. Sublets are not allowed under any circumstances and will result in an immediate termination of the lease. For shorter rental periods, two people can stay here, but do not recommend for longer rental periods.

Jeg bor selv i leiligheten og stortrives. Jeg leier den ut ofte da jeg er mye ute og reiser så tilgjengelighet vil variere. Når dere leier har jeg selvfølgelig ikke tilgang til leiligheten.
