Tranquility on the Marsh Minutes to Savannah and Tybee Beach

Your private floor (on the top floor of our main home) features a huge bedroom where you enjoy a pillow top king bed with gorgeous sheets. A large bathroom with a rain shower. There is also a separate office available for your use--an entire floor of privacy. There is a keypad entrance into our main foyer, partitioned by a divider; your private floor is up one flight. We are an elevated home, as well; so please be aware of the stairs to climb to get to your private floor. One dog only, read house rules. The quiet setting on the marsh with lots of bird life is a great spot to enjoy nature. Tranquility on the marsh! Quiet and private is what our guests say about the entire floor that we dedicate to our guests. Large bedroom with luxurious (Egyptian cotton sheets) king bed overlooking private backyard on the marsh. Sitting area for relaxing after a fun day. Adjacent (PRIVATE) beautifully finished bathroom with double shower. Your own 40" TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, large closet with small fridge and Keurig coffee machine. Large workspace and executive leather chair makes this a perfect home office. Outdoor seating on beautiful deck surrounded by the marsh. Completely private backyard, dock, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, and parking for one vehicle. While you come and go through our home, the floor plans lends itself perfectly for privacy. Our Master suite is on one side of the home and your bedroom and private bath is on another floor and the other side of the home. It offers complete silence and privacy to all of us. We all love that! Complete privacy with interaction and information as you desire. AIRBNB PLUS means Airbnb personally came to our home and inspected every detail. They took and limited all the photos. It is a cut above any other listing, although guests say the photos, do not do it justice. Our quiet neighborhood is only 8 miles to the beach on Ty bee, and 10 miles to historic downtown Savannah. There are local restaurants, and lots of places deliver. Spend the whole day on the beach and then head out to downtown for the evening. Parking for one vehicle only! Uber is usually three -- five minutes away. Parking for one vehicle only Many extras are provided, two bathrobes, extra down comforter and comfy crocheted blankets, and a mini fridge with Keurig coffee machine. We stock your fridge with yummy muffins to enjoy in the morning. Your private bathroom boasts two sinks and a shower with a bench seat, rain shower and standard shower large enough for two. Our quiet neighborhood is only 8 miles to the Atlantic Ocean (Tybee Beach) and 10 miles to historic downtown Savannah. There are local restaurants, and lots of places deliver. Golfing is plentiful

Springtide Suite

Springtide Suite is a spacious apartment (1,100sq ft!) that occupies the ground floor of our home located just outside city limits, 17 miles from Tybee and 15-20 minutes from the downtown Historic District. It sleeps six with 1 official bedroom with 2 twin beds. 2 other twin beds and a bunk bed are located in more open common area. Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), large bathroom ( shower only) including laundry room. 3 car parking area directly in front of the Airbnb!

Situated in a quiet neighborhood no more than 15 minutes from most sites in Savannah and 25 minutes to Tybee Island. The Studio is attached to our home with no shared spaces and is completely private– including a private patio area and dedicated driveway. The space is also within walking distance from the Candler and Memorial Hospitals with grocery stores, restaurants, & coffee shops nearby!

Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. This cute one-bedroom bungalow is fully self-contained. Though it is attached to the main house, it has its own private entrance and porch, complete kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer. It is conveniently located in a quiet, southside neighborhood: less than a mile from Lake Mayer park, about 10 minutes from Sandfly & Skidaway, 15 minutes from downtown and River Street, and only 30 minutes to Tybee beaches. There is covered parking at the back and a beautiful live oak tree in the front.

Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.
