10/10 great place to stay is near the pier everything is in walking distance

We had a lovely stay at Katarzyna's. The apartment is very functional and modern. Each room is independent (toilet, bathroom and clean air conditioner). It is very well equipped (washing machine, dishes in large quantities, toaster, microwave and beach towels). The service is worthy of a high-quality hotel. Katarzyna is very available to give advice. Drinks (beer juice, coffee, tea) and cakes were available on arrival. The apartment is very central. (2 min from the pier and supermarkets / bakery but it is very quiet. The large terrace is lovely for eating meals. In short, a great stay, the best in Greece for us!

We really enjoyed the stay. The property is perfectly located to explore the whole island. Rania is an incredibly likeable hostess, you immediately feel welcome. The travel tips for the island that she gave us were also extremely helpful. We would definitely come back to Rania on our next visit to Skopelos:).

We stayed with Rania for a week. We had a great time. She always responded immediately herself at the later times, was also very accommodating on site and we felt protected and at home. We're very grateful for the hospitality. We would always come back and highly recommend it!!

The villa is in a perfect location - close enough to the main town to make walking possible (15-20mins with a small hill), but far enough away to be private and secluded. The amenities are excellent with multi room air conditioning and a lovely outdoor area with integrated gas BBQ. The hospitality shown by Fred was next level as he met us at the airport and guided us to the place, showed us round, and then provided a large amount of recommendations for beaches and restaurants. One particular favourite is "Agnadio", which is conveniently only a very short walk up the hill!

Beautiful home, wonderful host, PERFECT neighborhood, this is the perfect place if you’re looking to feel tucked away while in the heart of the town. Highly recommend! The home has a well-stocked kitchen, good lighting, comfortable furniture, and pretty village views from each window. It’s within easy walking distance of the sea, many restaurants, and a large supermarket. We stayed for 3 months during the winter and everything was perfect. Our visit was quiet, we had beaches all to ourselves, and we got to know so many wonderful locals. Also the cats in this part of the neighborhood are particularly sweet! Christmas time in Skiathos is truly magical. Oliver was a wonderful host, very responsive, helpful, and kind. We would book with him again in a heartbeat! It was a privilege to stay in this home and I’d recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Skiathos ☺️

Nice stays and perfect house in a quiet place!

Beautiful house in a great location!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this house in the middle of nowhere. Perfect for nature lovers and people who know what living in the countryside means. Absolutely recommendable !

Immaculately clean, perfect location, and the definition of luxury. The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Private parking and 5-10 minute walk to all the hot spots in Skiathos. Chris was so kind and generous to us. He really takes great care and has great pride in his place. The furniture inside and out is extremely comfortable. High ceilings, high windows, truly a must see. Perfect for our honeymoon!

A beautiful new apartment with a big comfortable balcony, spacious, felt like home. A very good location, supermarket, bakery around the corner, restaurant and next beach in 5-10min on foot. Very helpful and friendly host who helped with everything we needed. We‘d definitely stay there again!
