Vacation rentals with a patio in Skiathos

This place was amazing! Great recommendations from our very friendly host! Loved the view and the seclusion but it wasn’t far from anything! Can wait to come back someday!!!

We loved our stay in Skopolos, Μάχη made it very easy for us, giving us a lift from the port to the apartment so we didn’t have to carry our bags up the hill. The apartment is in a great location only 3min walk away from the port. The apartment is was lovely and clean and everything matched the description perfectly.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is absolutely stunning, although I would recommend a taxi from the airport! I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We booked this place on Alonissos for 10 days in the off-season. The welcome was very warm. Stavros, the owner's son, showed us around and gave us a few tips on arrival and let us know that if we had any questions or issues, we could contact him at any time. We also communicated via cell phone. We came to the island with our car and the battery broke down on the way. We told him that, too. He was very helpful and went with us to a store the very next day. There we got a new battery and the old one was replaced. We thought that was wonderful and so we could really enjoy Stavros' recommendations for beautiful beaches and areas. We thank the host for this wonderful time on Alonissos and definitely recommend this place.

Perfect location, short walk to the port area and centrally located. The home was exactly like the pictures, lived well and our contact was very responsive when we had questions. Given the port/beach community, beach towels would have been nice to have available for guests. Highly recommend this place. Great value!

A wonderful modern place to stay. Amazing views. this house is so much better than the description One thing is you definitely need a car as this is not on the main drag and very high up in the mountains, but with a car you can also explore the other treats Skiathos has to offer

Manolis was waiting for us at the port and guide us to the house, 3-5 minutes from the port with vehicle or 10 minutes walking. The house was in the lot with another identical house but separated and very beautiful and peacefull with some fruit trees where you can have some fresh fruit from the trees. Beautiful garden and grass surrounding the house and there is space to park the vehicle. You can go to the centre by walking 10 minutes. Inside the house is brand new renovative and you have all the listed amenities. Even have some washing pods for the washing machine and some oil and honey. Full kitchen utensils and accessories. It is an amazing place, clean and well designed in light colours and beautiful rooms with air condition in each room and another for the living room. Awesome place, i feel lucky i could book it. Manolis was there answering whenever need something.

Our stay at Kaiti Studios was just wonderful. The area is perfect for a relaxing holiday, Koukounaries Beach is a short walk, also you can walk directly to some beaches in the north side of the island (for example Elias Beach) which takes around 20 Minutes through a beautiful forrest. Close by are great restaurants (with also vegan and vegetarian options), a small supermarket and some bars. The Bus stop is very close and we never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus. Alexandros is a great host! He always replied immediately and greeted us always kindly. During our 1 week stay our room got cleaned twice. There is a small kitchen with everything one could need. Can only recommend this place. Alexandros, thank you for the beautiful time!

Without a doubt, the BEST vacation we have ever had! Not only because of the stunning island, it’s friendly locals and the most spectacular villa (sporting the most beautiful views) but also because of the INCREDIBLE hosts. My sister and I both agree they made our trip extraordinary! Nothing was too much trouble and their hospitality was above and beyond. We are so grateful to have stayed here and are already planning our next trip back to this breathtaking villa (having only left a few hours ago!) Absolutely do not hesitate to book this slice of heaven, but be warned, you will not want to leave! And when you do, make sure to visit Ginfish, the coolest drinks spot on the island! Emma is a very kind Host. When we arrived at the port, she came to pick us up to take us to the house, which is about 1 km away. Impeccably clean and magnificent house. Highly recommended!

Dimitirs was extremely helpful providing recommendations for our stay in Skiathos. He communicated ahead of our arrival where to meet him to be guided to the villa as cars cannot reach the front door. The villa was spacious and perfectly clean. Ideal location if wanting to walk and explore Skiathos city!

We stayed a week. The host immediately made us feel at ease. The house is clean and in a very convenient location, for the beaches and food markets. The house had everything you need and you could have dinner outside in the courtyard. Just a few kilometers from Chora, which is definitely worth a visit

Our stay was very pleasant, the property is characterized by a strategic location close to the port. The parking under the house was very helpful.

The apartment is located in the middle of Skopelos town, very close to the harbour and the bus stop. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately we overlooked that there was no wifi and we were visited by a cockroach. Otherwise we had no problems. The communication with Evangelina was great, she even left us some greek sweets and Tomato’s from her garden.

It was a last minute decision to book this apartment and we are so glad we did! It was just perfect. Clean, spacious and well equipped with an amazing view over the sea from the huge roof terrace. Location is great. Just short walk to the supermarket/bakery and the old port and town too. A special mention to Dimitris who was so lovely. He met us on arrival and gave us some fantastic advice on where to go and what to do. He really helped us to make the most of our stay- thank you. Would definitely return here .

Great flat. Close to the main street and bars and restaurants. The host is great, very attentive to every detail to make our stay comfortable.
