Grändhuset by the sea

Our dear " Grändhus" is completely newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully situated on the East Beach - a pristine oasis among fishing rods and sea stalls. Swimming walks along the shore of the Baltic Sea. Great swimming opportunities. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus approx. 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Welcome to Lilla Huset! In this unique and quiet guest house, you have everything you need for a vacation or just a bed for the night. Here, there is peace and quiet in the countryside, but it is a short distance to nice beaches, Malmö and Copenhagen. It's only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. 2 guests sleep comfortably in the double bed, but we can make up extra mattresses for up to 4. Note: The upper floor is a sleeping loft with a rather narrow and steep staircase up. Private patio and shared garden with the host. Welcome❤️

Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Du har bra pendlingsmöjligheter både till Malmö, Höllviken och Trelleborg samt gratis parkeringsmöjligheter endast några meter bort. Egen uteplats i väster där du kan njuta av solen större delen av dagen och närhet till Kämpinge strand. Luftkonditionering med behagligt inomhusklimat vinter som sommar. Villa Lyckebo is situated overlooking the sea, completely surrounded by grain fields. We are outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer the proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo as well as all of Söderslätt. Completely renovated guesthouse for up to 4 persons. Note: The house is 24 sqm, has a double bed of 180 cm and a sofa of 140 cm. The house is ideal for 2 people but 4 sts can stay. There is a separate bathroom with shower and simpler kitchen.
