Newly renovated guest house in about 50 sq.m, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live calmly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door there is its own patio facing south. A car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and on the sleeping loft accessed via a step ladder there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cribs are available for borrowing. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7km to the center), there are bikes to borrow.

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

A nice little house located in the south of the most beautiful parts in Skåne. You get your own little house with a small kitchen and bathroom, two separate beds and you also get a very light and cosy living room with a studio feeling. Just across the road you will find endless woods to walk in. You also have 10 minutes drive to the nearest lakes Sövde and Snogeholm where you also find beautiful paths to walk. Here you stay comfortably in your cozy house with attached garden! Here it is easy to find peace and just be. Of course, we also need nice activity for the holiday to be really good. The lounge and boulevard sits nicely at the back overlooking rolling fields until the sky takes over. In the big barn you can work out, play ping pong or just "hang out." On the farm there is also a cozy summer café (Insta: ladanochloft) with coffee roastery as well as a yoga studio (Insta: yoga ballget)
