Sovloft med 140 cm dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa 140 cm med dubbelsäng. Trappa från vardagsrummet upp till sovloftet. Kök med basutrustning, kyl/frys, spis med ugn, micro, brödrost. Ej diskmaskin. Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

För dig som vill bo helt unikt i eget hus i kulturbygd, med hästar, katter och tillgång till vår egna brygga. Du har egen uteplats med grill och mysig lekplats för barn. Du älskar närheten till bedårande vacker natur och vandringsleder. Du uppskattar att ha tillgång till en egen brygga och att kunna ta doppet i sjön. Du vill också se kultur. Vi visar gärna upp gården som restaurerats enligt gamla metoder. Det är nära till golfbana och pittoreska staden Arvika med konstmuseum och caféer.

Detta nybyggda unika boende, mitt hem, finns i hjärtat av Värmland. Fantastisk utsikt över sjön Glafsfjorden med solnedgångar som är oemotståndligt vackra. Stort trädäck med egen jacuzzi. Bara några hundra meter till sjön. Kor och kalvar finns i hagen som man måste gå igenom för att komma ner till sjön. Stranden är stenig. Jag har en äldre roddbåt vid sjön som man kan nyttja fritt. Båten är lite sliten men fungerar. Bra fiske.

Hit kommer du som gillar naturen och den direkta närheten till sjöns möjligheter med alltifrån bad till fiske. Ett unikt boende, för 1-4 personer, värt att besök under alla årstider. Under den kalla årstiden finns oftast möjlighet till vinterbad direkt från den egna bryggan, pimpelfiske och skridskoåkning.
