Almost 200 year old listed stone house in the historic village of Húsavík on Sandoy. You live close to nature in an old traditional Faroese stone house with grass on the roof, walls of wood and wooden and stone floors. The house is in a wing, where you go through the 'smoking room' (where the sleeping area is) into the living room (glass room). In the smoke living room there is high ceilings, while in the living room there is lower, overlooking the sea. Bathroom of older date, and a small kitchen with new elements and dishwasher.

Amazing views from cozy house!

Cozy old house from 1909. Fantastic view that simply MUST be experienced. Located in peaceful surroundings. HOWEVER THERE IS BUILDING ABOVE THE HOUSE The house has a small entrance hall, kitchen, dining room and living room. In the attic are 2 bedrooms. A SMALL TOILET WITHOUT A BATH/SHOWER! Folding mattress 150 wide, out in the attic. For those who want a cozy place, but can do without comfort. Let the brand new Green Garden House be your base for your holiday in the Faroe Islands. Suduroy, luxury and cozy house with sea view

My traditional Faroese house is located on the southern island, Sudoroy, surrounded by breathtaking nature with public transportation right by the door. The 2 hour ferry trip to the island, return ticket about 11 euro and 37 euro with car, is beautiful. Newly renovated house decorated stylish and simple with danish designs. Beautiful sea and mountains view from all rooms.

We renovated this old boathouse recently. There is a rowingboat available as well. It is the family’s boat. The house offers you a peacefull sanctuary to collect your thoughts. 5 minutes walking distance to groceryshopping. Bus stop to the rest of the island is oposite the house as well. There is a bed for two people and a couch that also can fit two people
