Bicycles are available to borrow. Kitchenette with kokpl. Tea/coffee br. microwave, fridge, grill. Small bathroom with a shower,toilet. Sheets/towels are included, can also be rented SEK 50 (€5) per person. Payable on arrival. Final cleaning before departure by tenant. Book a cottage directly at the water's edge in Sjöstaden Västervik? Then the cabin that is located at Notviken in Västervik is just the right choice. A 10 minute walk and you'll be downtown. Drive through Västervik towards the harbor. Then continue along the water, drive over the bridge, then turn the first right. Continue up the hill. Then turn right and into the large parking lot signposted with ”Vituddens Båtvarv AB. Continue all the way out to the cape, where you will meet our fantastic cottage located right on the water.

Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!

Unwind in this unique and cozy home. Warm welcome to "129". Our guest house located right by the ocean, on secluded part of our garden. Lung, harmonious, and peaceful. Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three persons. It is nice to add a boat at our dock if you want to bring a boat. Well behaved dogs welcome, but wish they sleep in their own bed.

Our stay with Emily was great. The house and venue is a little paradise. The house is in a beautiful remote area. Emily is a lovely and friendly host. We and the kids had some awesome days with the kanus, SUP, treehouse, fireplace etc. I definitely recommend this place and we will definitely come back.

Renovated little farm cottage

An indescribably lovingly furnished farmhouse where we felt very comfortable. The house is a bit rural, but excursion destinations, supermarket and swimming area are still within easy reach. The wide view of the countryside - of forest and meadow with Icelandic horses and deer, the chickens in the yard is incomparably beautiful. Moritz and Anna are warm, open and reserved hosts who fed us chicken eggs and provided us with tips for the area. Thank you! :) A rural oasis of well-being, to which we will definitely return.

We were only briefly at Maria's. It was very clean, well located and the new extension with the bedroom was very worthwhile. It was incredibly cozy from the bed overlooking the water. Thank you so much Maria for letting us use your place so easily.

I had three boys aged 16-21 at the end of May. The place was like a dream. We arrived at night, and the lake lay there, large, mighty and mysterious in the dark. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed four days fully with SUP boards, boat, swimming, sauna, walks around the lake, campfire and relaxation. Really cool to have it all to yourself. - The eldest son had to have the annex/cabin to himself! We dream of coming back in the middle of winter and ice fishing🎣, winter swimming 🥶 and then sauna🥵!!

We spent a few nights here and it was the perfect oasis away from city life. The aesthetics felt like walking into a well curated design magazine but with the comfort and coziness of a peaceful escape. Christin’s place had all the amenities we needed and had a great amount of local recommendations, and she was super responsive when we had questions. Would stay again!
