Guest house on small island, nice sea view

On this small island, nature and the sea are in focus. There are no roads or cars, which means that there is a pleasant calm on the island. Experience the midnight sun or the northern lights. In summer, the short crossing (400 meters) to the island with a small boat included. In winter, the shuttle is by snowmobile. Outside, there is a jacuzzi that maintains 38 degrees year-round. There's also a wood-fired sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin. In winter, we can arrange guided snowmobile tours and ice fishing.

Relax and snuggle in this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!

We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Access to the terrace. You have the beach right below, quiet and comfortable. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. There are also a lot of off-road bike trails. To Piteå center it takes 10 minutes by car. Free parking and access to 11 kw electric car charger. Smoke and animal-free. Warm Welcome ! Ulrika

This house is located very close to most things you need such as restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, bathhouse and some small shops. By bus, car or bicycle you can get to the center of Piteå very easy. Only a stone's throw away there is the historically part of the church and the old church town. Within 350 meters there is a restaurant called Paltzerian were you can find the famous Palt which is a local delicacy.
