Located next to the main property but is detached. Garden and field views. Limited visibility from the property. Equipment consists of new appliances such as refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave and combined washer/dryer. All new models. Fresh kitchen and bathroom. In the sleeping loft, one flight up, you will find two comfortable beds. Heating through waterborne underfloor heating.

You live close to Mossbystrand where you can enjoy a swim in the sea and sunbathe, distance about 2.5 km. The guesthouse located on the property facing our wonderful garden and next door to the horse pasture is recently renovated and with room for 4 people. The guesthouse consists of two rooms , kitchen and toilet. Chargers for electric cars possible for a fee. Please let me know before arrival.

Cozy guest house with bicycle distance to the sea!

Cozy guest house in the countryside nearby of the sea! It is close by to both Abbekås and Skivarp but also to gems along the south coast such as Ystad and Smygehuk. The accommodation is also a perfect base for excursions to Österlen and Bornholm. Mossbystrand is a several kilometer long sandy beach, borrow a bike from us to take a trip here! Abbekås has a lovely harbor with a bathing jetty where you can also eat well at Hamnkrogen. In the village there are also restaurants Dinah's Place and Pizzeria Solo.

The spacious living area features high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and a cozy seating arrangement that includes two armchairs and a sofa. Natural light fills the room through large windows, and a ladder leads to a mezzanine level. A wooden table sits elegantly against one wall.

Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
