San Matteo is modern stone studio apartment on the ground floor and is fully fitted for 2 people, located in the heart off the historic Old Town of Dubrovnik and includes one bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchenette, AC, Wifi, TV, washing machine, iron, clean linen and towels, sound proof windows, close distance to buss stop, bakery, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and beaches. Self check in with the lockbox, or check in with assistance of host upon request.

In front of the house there is direct access to the sea. There's no vehicle traffic on the island, therefore it's perfect for families with children.

Very large PRIVATE terrace (100 sq.m. or 1075 sq ft.) reserved just for you, offering spectacular views of the sea, Old City, Island of Lokrum. For guests arriving with a car, parking is included free of charge in our private parking spot.

The bus stop, supermarket, open green market are all in very short walking distance.
