Vacation rentals with a patio in Sioux City

This was an outstanding place to stay! Nice amenities, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a garage for parking. Debra was so kind, helpful, and accomodating. We were very impressed with the entire experience!

Jacob was very flexible with our short-notice trip and our schedule. He also had snacks for us, and a local guide, and games in the living room. What a guy.

Cozy, charming, stylish and very quiet. This is not a place for people with mobility issues (difficulty climbing stairs). The property manager "Mike" was very friendly and carried all our luggage up the 25 steps and we appreciated his help. He also shared information about the area. Someone in our group suggested a lift chair for the front stairs so people who have difficulty with stairs could access the apartment too. The apartment felt safe and secure and was in the heart of downtown Norfolk for dining, shopping and other activities. We would recommend this apartment for adults planning to stay in Norfolk for business or pleasure.

We were satisfied with Dennis' services. They were clear with communication and responsed quick when needed. The place was perfect to relax during our stressful week in the area. We highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Angela was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. This home was modern, clean and comfortable. We had a great time here. Our kids loved exploring the nearby Riverpark and shops.

We felt right at home , we were passing through for the night , perfect neighborhood for a nice walk . Will stay again if heading through Sioux Falls . Bed was comfortable . Same with the couches !

This house offered everything I hoped for and more to create the perfect Thanksgiving. Upon arrival, it was clean and well-stocked. My family felt welcomed and at home and enjoyed the many activities of this house—foosball, ping pong, board games, a hot tub, and a multitude of viewing options on the television. We appreciated that the house book was descriptive, easy, and not filled with many rules and restrictions. The house is cozy, and the hosts decorated it for the holiday. We are honored to have been guests here!

We were staying in Norfolk to attend a family gathering over the weekend. We maxed out the sleeping spaces and all the beds were nice and comfortable - even the two kids on the pull-out couch slept well. Lori's place was conveniently located in town - and we were close to the water park where we went one afternoon. We did not spend a lot of time at the house, but we were grateful to have a place to sleep and the kitchen worked well to make breakfast in the morning. We appreciated that Lori was very kind and responsive to messages!

A very quaint, clean, lovely home to stay in. Amy was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommended and will stay here again the next time we visit!

My siblings and I take a trip every year, they really love fishing so I had to reserve a house on the lake. Fishing was great, some fish weighed 8 to 10 pounds; This was our biggest haul ever. We caught buffalo, carp, and of course, catfish. It was like heaven. The Home was beautiful, beds were comfortable, plenty of extra lien and everything was clean. The kitchen was a common area, we cooked every day, breakfast and dinner. The island sat 8 to 10 People marble countertops, with great lighting that led into the living room. The open space allowed everyone to be seen collectively. We ate dinner at the dining table nightly, the eight seats accommodated everyone. Bedrooms were spacious, three full bathrooms, television’s everywhere all 4K. Did I say it was absolutely amazing. We are glad we selected this home and would love to revisit. Our host Holly gave great recommendations, guided us, responded expeditiously, and was very professional. I will give this 10 stars if I could.

Great place, have stayed before. It is an old house so it has some character. It does not have central air, but the window air conditioning is great for the bedrooms. The main level stays pretty comfortable unless you are cooking then the kitchen get warm in the summer. Location is good, I prefer to be on main street but this is an easy walk to the main street. Lots of sleeping areas and areas to hang together.

I stayed here for two weeks and really loved it. The house has such a warm, welcoming vibe—full of light, interesting art, and little details that make it feel special. Spring was just starting while I was there, and it was so nice to watch the yard come to life day by day. It was a great spot to relax and reset. I loved taking in all the small touches—beautiful objects, cozy corners, and the peaceful energy of the space. My nieces and nephews stopped by a couple of times and were obsessed with the kids’ area. They thought it was so cool, and it’s really well set up for little ones to enjoy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, rejuvenating retreat. A truly special experience.
