Very large apartment, very functional, the decoration is extraordinary, everything is thought out in every detail, it feels very good. Ideally located for beautiful walks by the sea and close to restaurants and shops, this accommodation is a real gem, we will come back to spend a real vacation there and not a weekend. We also really appreciated the parking space nearby, which is rare in Les Sables d'Olonne. Nelly is very responsive and incredibly kind.

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well hosted. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

One night booked to take a simple break on the way. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment's equipment (many towels + gloves, cotton buds, pharmacy, several pillows, etc.), as well as by the small touches (brioches, spread, orange juice, milk, cold water, etc.). Having rented a lot of apartments, I've rarely seen this, especially in this budget. Plus, the apartment is really very clean, worthy of a good hotel. The parking space is right in front of the apartment, which allows you to settle in very quickly. Thanks again, and see you soon!

This was the best accommodation and hospitality we have experienced so far and that means something, because we always have great accommodation. Sophie and Eric, the dogs, the chickens, the cat, the turtle, the family and the friends are just great. We felt at home or better like visiting good friends from the first second. Thank you! The apartment is very nice and offers everything you need. The location is special if you like short distances to the beach or to nature. But shopping for the best French food is also just 4 minutes away by car. We preferred Les Halles in Bretignolles-sur-Mer. Cheese, fruit, vegetables, fish and meat - all the best quality and French coziness and matching flair. This is how shopping, cooking, eating and living are fun. Unfortunately, we can only give 5 stars, 7 would certainly be appropriate. We will be back if we can. With that in mind, à bientôt and allez les chiens - Vamos!

Once again a very nice extended weekend with the family in the Marais where the weather allowed us to enjoy swimming and the outdoors. The house has everything you need and is very well prepared before our arrival. We were delighted to come back and will come back again.

Coming by train we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. In the apartment there is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We added one night to the reservation so much we liked the place.

Such a beautiful place with an amazing view! Just 5 minutes to the nearest beach and about 20 minutes to the main beach and shops, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was peaceful yet convenient, and I truly loved the stay. Would definitely come back!

Very clean, with parking and even a closed garage, and very well located about 15 minutes walk to the city center. Thanks to Sylvie for her welcome, availability and flexibility. Guaranteed "ouaouh" effect qd vs discover the superb view of the beach and the embankment from this very beautiful apartment! Everything is there for a wonderful stay, the apartment is in addition one minute from the shopping streets and the pretty Penotte Island district (and 10 minutes' walk from the train station). You can access it either by a fairly steep staircase, or by a load lift that arrives directly from the apartment, the class! A little extra: a huge ultra comfortable rotating chair... The owner has booked a good welcome and was very accommodating for schedules. Anyway, we'll be back! 🙂
