The apartment is on the first floor without elevator access. It is a 5-minute walk from the bakery, shops and Sion-sur-l'Océan market. It is also a 10-minute drive from St Gilles Croix de Vie with its shops, fishing port, little train, restaurants and shuttle to Ile d'Yeu. No pets allowed.

T3 completely renovated in June 2025, facing the sea on the Vendée cliff between St Gilles Croix de Vie and Le Bourg de Sion sur Océan. The beach, walks at the foot of the apartment, Sion shops within 1 km, St Gilles train station within 3.5 km. Panoramic sea views. Please note, the balcony is unfortunately not accessible this summer due to a problem with a railing of an apartment equipped with a loggia (which is not our case).

You will be a short walk to the market, Viviers de Sion, bars/restaurants, shops and bike rentals, and of course the beach. The location of the apartment allows you to do anything on foot or by bike and a private parking space is available free of charge on site.
