Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

The house is very well-kept and the person who welcomed us was fantastic from the first contact, until the time of check-out. Availability, courtesy, cordiality. For those passing through Tuili (perhaps for a wedding in the nearby and prestigious location of Villa Asquer - 5 minutes' walk - or for a quiet weekend) I highly recommend staying here: the pool is very clean, really fantastic. And the whole place is well furnished, well maintained, clean and cozy. In addition to being spacious (being two large floors). I only recommend greater timeliness in communications via Airbnb, or, alternatively, since the owner does not live on site, to leave a phone number of an available contact person, to have greater speed in communications (often essential for the organization of times and movements in view of weddings, in fact, which are often held in the village). We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

I want to start by saying Dorata and Luigi were easily contactable and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available. They were also very communicative on what events were occurring in the city and surrounding communities. We stayed in the beautiful home for 2 months. It’s rather spacious with a lovely backyard. We are two women in our early twenties and have not once felt uncomfortable or unsafe in the home/ surrounding area. The neighbors/ neighborhood is full of kind, wealthy people. The home is located by a 7 minute walk from the main street where you can also find the nearest bus stop. It leads up mountain which can be increasingly inclined but was manageable. The home is securely gated and is connected to a smaller apartment style home. There was one week where a family of 4 stayed in the adjoining apartment home but there wasn’t a moment where our privacy felt shared.

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture is well-finished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The owners were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for a rejuvenating vacation. We look forward to coming back! The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

We really enjoyed the time in Marco's house. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the ad. Marco's tips were very helpful to us. The fact that Marco then drove us to the airport was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

Tizania's place was the highlight of our stays in Sardegna. It's even better/nicer than shown in photos, has everything you need, and is in a great location for getting around the city. Very spacious, a comfy bed, and good cooking basics. The host was very communicative and helpful, too. We would stay here again if back in the area. Note: we parked in one of the nearby garages (10 euros/day)--we only made one loop looking for street parking but it was an immediate no-go, and navigation may have you go through a ZTL, so garage is highly recommended!

The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! It's not easy to find, but even there Andrea helped us great and very quickly. Thanks for everything!

We were really pleased with Miriam's place. If cleanliness and service are important to you, this is the place to be. The Airbnb is 15-20 minutes from the center. Small supermarkets are nearby. Shopping (with plenty of choice) is not around the corner, but by car you are very well taken care of. The house has everything you need.

We couldn't have wished for a better accomodation in Pula! The house is cozy, well equipped, was spot clean and we loved the outside area. On top of that, Claudio was one of the kindest hosts we ever met with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants.

Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

Roberto is an exceptional HOST! Hello, helpful, friendly, very polite, nice... just perfect! The house is beautiful, equipped with all the comforts, clean, tidy and comfortable! Roberto welcomed us with a very appreciated tray of pasta! He recommended both the beaches to visit, places to eat and places characteristic of the area. During the stay, he was always available for any eventuality and always present to accommodate our requests (we asked for extra pillows to sleep and in 5 minutes of watch he let us find them!). Fridge with water and other drinks, there is anything useful for the house and the beach! The apartment is very well cared for, very comfortable indoor parking, impeccable exterior and an outdoor shower that is absolutely paradisiacal! Roberto reflects the true Sardinian hospitality and above all he is the host that everyone would like to meet!! Thank you thank you and thank you again!!! We hope to be back soon!!!

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It's not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca as well as Adriana and Ariana. We enjoyed our stay as a family of four. The location of the house is really quiet and private, a car is obligatory for supermarkets or restaurants. Everything was clean and you won’t find unnecessary stuff in the house. We really enjoyed the beach close to the house, so you’re able to go for a walk early in the morning or late evenings :) Lorenza is always helpful and really tries her best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She solved every litte problem we had almost immediately. Thanks again!

Anna's house view really has nothing to say, waking up every day to see the blue sea and the greenery in the yard is a great mood.Unfortunately, my son was hospitalized a few days before staying here, so I couldn't fully enjoy the house.Anna helped a lot with this emergency, thank you so much!The only flaw of this house for me is that the two rooms mentioned in the description have no windows, but it's okay because there is air conditioning.Fortunately, the kitchen has a separate door. For those who love to cook, the fumes can go directly out of the kitchen. The surroundings are very convenient, very suitable for families with babies to take to the beach, it is not particularly busy, but it is a very beautiful area.

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Daniele's accommodation is a real gem. The apartment is fully renovated while maintaining and enhancing the key elements of the structure. Despite being small, the spaces are organized at their best, it has a kitchen complete with everything and the loft with the sleeping area is essential, but very well maintained. The bathroom is also really nice, well laid out and functional. The cleanliness was impeccable, Daniele proved to be a prepared and attentive host. The inner courtyard is special, quiet, full of aromatic herbs and lights that make the atmosphere truly relaxing. I stayed at Daniele's for work and it was really a pleasure!
